They are scammers, take orders and never deliver. I did order on 12th Oct for 3 footwears amounting to 4677 and order number is 16052 and after that they never respond and no update. Then I checked and it was not just me, they did it with many clients. Please shut down their site and business (business of scamming) so they will not be able to make other fool and hog their hard earned money.

I had received damaged footwear, sent them a picture, they agreed to replace it but now not picked yet even after a month of following up. Fraud company …. Don’t buy anything from them.

They are a gang of fraud especially that customer support deepika. She is so cunning and idiotic creature. She keeps on hanging up messages for a long time with no response.

This company is owned by Deepali Seth. They take pre paid orders from everyone and as soon as the payment is done, they STOP RESPONDING. They NEVER send tracking details of the products. The product I received was in DAMAGED conditions or are used. They are completely unreachable on all platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, email and Snapchat. They are very popular and are earning really well by cheating people, they have to be stopped. They are expecting customers to have the product despite the condition of the product is bad. This needs to be stopped.customer has right to return product if they don’t like. No information is provided at the time of checking out regarding returns.. they are just looting money from clients

I had prepaid order in October for a footwear and had paid Rs. 2, 000/- but till date neither I got my footwear nor they respond. They do not reply to any messages and never pick phone. Had paid to Deepali Seth. She is a fraud. I want my money back.

I have placed the prepaid order of Rs 1699 from their website on 19th dec 2022, they have just been fooling around and it’s been more than a month, but I have not received my order.
I am attaching the screenshots for the same. The Toprico team is fraud and after taking the money they do not respond to their clients. They are a fake website and have been looting people like this. Kindly take the strict action.

This site "Toprico" has around 225k followers and many of my friends are also following this page on Instagram. This is a fraud site and they scam people. These sites should not be allowed to exist on Instagram and they should be penalized heavily. They have a backup page on Instagram and a website also that operates internationally.
After not receiving my products for more than 2 months, I asked for a refund and the lady shamelessly...

Hi, we purchased a bag from their website. Money was paid in full but now it jas been more than 1.5 months they are not delivering product neither they are returning the money. Its the fraud website which they are running to take money from people

I placed an order for a bag for 3599/- and it is a prepaid order. I placed the same on 22nd September. Today is 23rd October and there is not a single update about my order status. I’m worried if this is a scam website. No one is responding and it’s been a month but I haven’t received my order till now.

This is a fraud site..I ordered a pair of footwear of rs 2199..and now they are not responding..you should be banned for being cheaters..fraud fraud fraud

I had ordered flats from toprico on 19th june and received the order on 22nd june. However there is a size issue and when i called their customer care, no one answered. Also customer care email is getting bounced. I even messaged them on whats app and there is no response. I tried to call them on a different number which is available on google, however no one answered. I am unable to use the flats that i ordered and unable to exchange.

I have ordered 2199 worth products from Toprico on may 27 and now its June 17 th and haven’t even received the tracking information, they aren’t responding to calls and messages. I paid them on the same day and they even conformed that they received the payment.

They have scammed many other costumers aswell. I they still operating and scamming others . I would like to request you retrieve my payments.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I had ordered 3 pairs of footwear from Toprico's website on 7th Feb 2022. I made the payment immediately on the same day. My order no was 4175. I emailed them regarding the same for certain customisation on the same day. They replied on 11th that it takes 10 working days for order to reach me.

After not receiving the order I had corresponded with them on email and instagram. First they refused to admit that the product has not been delivered. After explaining to them numerous time that I have not received it they checked and told that the delivery partner has lost the package and that they will provide a refund. They took my UPI details on 25th March for payment.

Ever since then I have been reminding them to make the payment. However, they are completely ignoring my messages. I have attached email and instagram communication for reference.
