I have purchased a new Laptop Toshiba Satellite C Series C665-P5010 Laptop With Accessories,On dated 24th november 2011,But now i am facing problem with them Some Key of Keyboard is not working such as F6,F7,@," etc.,Order no.OD[protected],Please Replace it Immediately because i am losing my work due to faulty Laptop...

Laptop screen having one pixel missing
dear sir,
i puchased a laptop of Toshiba company having one pixel missing since the date of purchasing, shopkeeper told me it will be replaced, you use it for some time. But after two months, when i go to the shopkeeper to replace it, he denied to replace.
He minimum five pixels are required to change the Laptop.I talked to the coustmer service of TOSHIBA company but they are also talking the same, kindly help me please..br...
