‌They are not refunding my money after cancellation and not responding to me also

I bought redim 6 pro signal cable my old phone from Touchlcdhouse.com on 24 may 2023 by paying online through Google pay. (order No 886001 )

Product was not showing any progress for more than 10 days so I cancelled it.
But after cancellation it's showing only "Cancellation requested" and I am not receiving my money back. I have sent them multiple emails and WhatsApp message but no response from them at all.
I tried to call them and one lady pick up and said call them next day because she have to submit the complain etc. so I called next day and they cut my calls now. my money is lost.

I found out lots of people are facing same issue as me. Please help me get my money back. it's been more than 15 days I am trying but no refund at all.

I ordered a “ Full body housing for Nokia 2720- Flip Black” on 7th of March 2023 and paid Rs. 450 for it one the same day digitally. I regretfully inform you that i have not yet received the product nor have i received any update regarding delivery of product. I also submitted a query on their website for which i am yet to receive a response. I ordered a Touch-LCD combo for Asus Memopad 8 on October 11, 2022. I paid Rs 1179 online. On the website, they mentioned that the product is in their stock and it will be shipped within 24 hours. They didn't ship it even on 14th October. When I called them, they told me that the product is not in their stock. Then I canceled the order on the 14th of October night and I requested to refund my money. However, they didn't do that either. Now they are not even responding to my phone and emails. Now I have found the same product elsewhere. I want my money to be refunded.

But they have not dispatched the item, hence I requested for refund through email. They responded and told they will process the refund. But after that there is no response from the company. tried calling their toll free number, but no one pick up the call.

On 1 Aug 2022 I ordered for touchscreen and lcd combo of samsung s5230 model.And paid Rs 288 amount via debit card.Sice then I haven't received any intimation message regarding delivery or anything .Also on checking their official website it ws impossible for me to track my product.
In the end I called for consume support which is worst in its on way.After long 15 mins of dialing;their customer support received my cal;l, and they told that product is currently unavailable with them ; after which I decided to cancel my product.
Now it has been 3 days since I am waiting for my refund, and I haven't received it yet.

I have ordered for gionee s6s touch screen display with frame. But i only recieved display and after checking that display it is also diffective.
I want my complete product or my money.help me !

I had ordered iphone x display without seeing their reviews but when I received the display it did not work and I asked for replacement or refund they don't reply on it. I even visited their address but the address is also fake. I have been looted and would request you take a strick action again them in order to protect other people being looted.

My first order No.434902 on 11th September 2021. The order 434902 was either not delivered nor informed me. When I contacted the customer care after five days, they were told that the product is out of stock and I have to cancel the order from my account. When I cancel the order, You have also not returned full money.

My second order No.448816 on 26th September 2021. This order also not yet shipped. I sent series of mails and WhatsApp messages as per their site. No reply or information received so far. This has been ordered after clarifying from the customer care about the availability of the product.

In both the cases, the products shows as available in their site.

As I paid 2 order but still not yet delivered one is on 24.07 2021 and the other is on 01.08 2021. Showing under processing. Tried to reach touchlcdhouse.com for refund no response.

I ordered one samsung a7 2017 rear camera of Rs.800 and company provided me wrong product.
They asked me to return it and i did with consignment no EH[protected]IN. which is delivered. more than 20 days i am keep trying to contact them.
They are not refunding amount, Also not replying me on messages. This kind of fraud they are doing to all customer.

Kindly help me to get refund.

I ordered a Tenor G display and touch combo for fitting on my phone. My order number is 7794. I contacted them about the touch not working on the same day i received the order . called them nany times and they said they will do it next day or will say call you today evening and they wont even contact. I messaged on whatsapp and they dont even reply to my whatsapp messages on 10/06/2020 i contacted one person and he said that on that day evening i will be contacted and they will provide me with return shipping address and i need to ship it back.When i asked him to send a mail he said will contact later and i have been stuck with this for more than 10 days.
