Complaint Details : Correction of Name/I have customer Number 03887851. The Customer Name is incorrect.
The correct customer Name is Patitapaban Sarangi . Request to change the Customer name from PARTAPPBAN SARANGI to Patitapaban Sarangi (PATITAPABAN SARANGI).
I mentioned my while applied for new meter connection. Thanks for Correction.

    Sir.
    I Naba Kishore Sahoo, resident of Kantol, kainya chhak, Athgarh, was exhausted & disturbed too much by receiving incorrect or non-improved electric bills. I have a commercial electric connection with ( TPCODL Odisha ) Consumer ID - 304S04004552 and Consumer No.[protected]. was disconnected by the Athgarh electricity division in 2011 for non Payments Of Bill. According to the official conversation with Mr. Priti Ranjan Sir (J.E) of Athgarh Division stated that connection will be restored if I make the payment of previous Arrears of Amount 34, 000. and your connection Type will be changed from GPS to Domestic because I am using this connection for my residential purpose since the new connection but from the electricity department, they have provided me a commercial connection instead of Domestic so that I had submitted a written complaint about that too many times for this but no one here correction it. After Discussion with the SDO Sir, I get some relaxation that I have to deposit 25, 000 for restored the connection after that my all arrears will be adjusted from the next bill which is after the next months. After that, I deposited 25000 in cash in the concerned department and my connection was restored bt till yet 1 year passed away and I had a complaint so many times to JE but every time I get a response from their end that they had sent my complaint to the higher department but till yet no correction shown on my bill neither my connection changed to domestic.

    I request you to kindly look into this matter on a priority basis and resolve the above-said problem at the earliest. I shall be obliged.
