Updated by Prakashbalani I saw a Hitachi 404Ltr. fridge on website Trademeshop.com, at a price of Rs. 46, 920.00 on 18th August 2021, I called given customer care no. [protected] I spoke to Mr Rishi, about the same even he gave me Mobile no. [protected] I spoke to Mr. Suresh on mobile and confirmed the availability of the fridge and confirmed the delivery of the fridge in 5-7 working days, address of the company given on website 3660 Chawri Bazar Road, Hauz Qazi, Old Delhi, Bazar Sirkiwalan Hauz Qazi, Main Road, Delhi 110006. Email: [protected]@trademeshop.com . I made the payment online on 19th August 2021, and received the mail Order no. #1097 confirmation of purchasing the fridge and it will be delivered in 5-7 days, on 20th again received mail about successfully placed order, on 23rd August received mail saying Processing mode order and mentioned order in processing mode, it will be delivered in 4-5 days, on 29th August again received mail saying assured delivery earliest possible. In between all this days regularly I was following up on customer care number with Mr. Rishi on phone no. [protected] on 3rd September 2021 he promised me saying I will received my fridge on 4th September it is despatched from there warehouse already, today 6th September when I have not received my fridge I tried contacting land line phone and mobile both are switch off, so I am feeling company has done fraud with me and I am feeling cheated. In this regards I want to register the complaint against this company called Trademeshop.com about cheating and fraud. Please registered the complaint and help me for same, I can get my Fridge or my paid money 46920.00 full refund
