I have placed an order(Order #1186) on 20th August but the company and website does not exist anymore.They have not delivered the product and also not returned my money. Please help me getting my money back and take action on the fraud company.

I had placed an order on Aug 19th 2021 for Jio Dongle.They said it will be delivered by standard delivery by the next coming.If I try to contact them via phone number nor mail it is bouncing back.Please help me in getting my amount back or suggest me how do I take action.

I Have ordered JIO wifi router on tradmeshop website by paying online 800rs through payU platform. The payment was received by Mr Yogendra dubey.

Had received confirmation mail along with contact details as[protected], [protected]@trademeshop.com.

The transaction was made on Aug 20, received confirmation mail. Till 6th Sep above stated no was working and trademeshop team was responding on delivery status, last status i have received as my order were dispatched from punjab and will be reached on destination at jodhpur rajasthan in next 2 days.

post this, website is being removed from online platform, no is not reachable. Emails are now also getting bounced. I have lost my money through this fraud website.

I buy washing machine from trade me shop, They said you receive the washing machine within 8 to 10 days, Saturday morning I called they say you receive on evening, I try from Monday morning I can’t contact them and icon sent to them email.

Cheating after receiving money online. Not delivering JIOFI Router.

They received money online by promising to ship JIOFI router. Then suddenly website got disappeared.

I had purchased a 1 ton AC from trademeshop.com on 27th August.

After the payment I got a message from PayU that INR 15292.80 is paid to Yogendra Dubey (PayU Transaction ID: [protected]). Till date the item has not been dispatched and the website or mobile number[protected] is not reachable. Please help to recovery of my money.

From September 5 onwards website and customer care number both are unreachable. Then I realised it is online fraud. I paid amount 22985/- rs for product through webs...
