My 2 wheeler TN14L 6319 transfer to BBSR and received RC from RTO. Nice service.
But pollution is not updated in database whereas mentioned in RC so cannot do pollution test. This shows the careless and mistake of staff.

Myself Sumit Kumar Biswal from Balasore Odisha. I was travell on Sri Basudev Bus (Baripada to Keonjhar bus no OD11F2185) ON 20/01/2022 from Baripada to Jashipur Distance 105 KM. But the bus charges me 150 rupees for the travel.

Sir, I request you to please take some action against the bus conductors of Kakatpur to Astarang route as they are charging a much higher rate than the permissible price. I have already made a complaint against this issue on 21.10.2021.
Kindly look into the matter and take proper action for which the people of the concerned place will be grateful to you.

Esteemed sir, I travelled today from Nayahat to Kalpana square by Nageswar bus (Non-AC) which is about 60km. As per the price per kilo meter decided by Odisha Government is 0.93/km recently.
Now, calculating the total price it is approximately equal to Rs. 56. But, the conductor misbehaved and demanded an amount of Rs. 70. The conductor also added that the last destination of the bus is Baramunda and wherever your stoppage you have to pay the full amount.
In view of the above, I request you that please take proper action against the conductor of the bus for violating the Government orders and consumer rights.

Sir i traveled today from baramunda to gania nayagarh by the bus named sri mandir. It is a non ac express bus and the distance is only 100 km and the actual fare is 70 but the bus conductor demanding 100 rupees per person as well as demanding 100 also for 50 km.
The bus also contains more than the sitting capacity and also on the roof of the bus. All passengers complaints to the conductor but the conductor said that today is diwali...

On purchase of a new m/c recently, i noticed that the dealer is collecting rs. 700/- on the head 'trade charges' without furnishing receipt. On query i was told that the money is paid to the rto on each vehicle sold? Whether a dealer is authorised to collect such amount from the customer, if yes, under what authority?

Whether road tax is payable on the ex-factory price of a vehicle or ex-showroom price? If it is ex-showroom price, am i supposed to pay road tax even on the gst i have paid during purchase of a vehicle?

Respectfully, i the undersigned want to attract your attentation to the irregularities of mr. S kumar (I. M. V. Kalahandi) regarding issuance of fitness on dt.[protected]. Mr. Kumar has issue one fitness in favour of vehicle no. Or07f 0719 (Truck), which is having no engine number nor chassis no with the vehicle. It is comes to know that, being taken a huge amounts from the owner of the above vehicle, mr. Lohit kumar, who is the assistant of i. M. V request the i. M. V. And arrange to issue of fitness, even if the vehicle is not complies chapter vii of omv rules, 1988. It is looking out that, so many times mr. Lohit kumar reject the vehicle for issuance of fitness and asked the owners to give huge amount of brief and obtain fitness. Those who are giving brief to rohit kumar are able to get fitness certificate and others are unable to get fitness.in such a was in one hand when the officers are trying their level best to harressed the vehicle owners on the other hand they are able to full their pockets il-legally and intensnally.
Hence, one departmental inquiry and one vigilance inquiry is highly appreciable and if one vigilance red will be drawn against mr. S kumar, it will be give very satisfaction to the general public and the drivers of commercial vehicle of kalahandi district.

I, urmimala sahu, had paid tax online by netbanking amounting ₹9417 for my vehicle no od-05e-4567 on 14/04/2017 at 09:49pm but didn't recieve a receipt of the same. So, i had to pay offline once again on 15/04/2017, but the bank mini statement shows the amount was deducted from my account on 15/04/17. The e-reciept shows the amount was deducted from my account on 14/04/2017
Therefore, please considering the cause, i want the money to be refunded back to my account or the tax should be adjusted for the month of may 2017.
