One of the representatives called and said we are offering discount card on basis of your credit card. They don't have any transparency in communication. She explained me benefits which does not exists. Now they said they don't have any cancellation and refund policy and forget what representatives said and follow our procedure if you want to use the card. They have done fraud with me. Even they are not answering on my e mail. I need your help to take legal action against them.

A lady named Shruti called me saying I'm from SBI, are you using sbi credit card? Is there any problem, may I help you? I told her, my credit card is linked with a FD certificate and how can I release the FD? She told me that I require all card details Card no, Cvv, expiry date to release the link. I told her why would I share those secret things? Bank employees never ask these. She told those details are necessary to release the FD. Believe me and tell me these details. After that she told we have discount card offers and you have to pay Rs 6999 for life time discount card. I told her I am not interested but then I received message you have spent 6999 through your credit card. The moment I told her to cancel and reverse the transaction. She told after getting the parcel you told me customer ID no and I will reverse the transaction. But after getting the parcel her phone is switched off. Please tell me what I have to do now?
