I am working on behalf of FLY UR DREAM, an authorized travel agent working in association with B2B travel partner TRAVEL BOUTIQUE ONLINE for more than 5 years. Never faced any issue in all these years. Even though I face it, I will get the satisfactory resolution in less time. But this time the issue is different. I have booked 2 tickets with NOK AIR airlines from DMK-HYD with 6 pax whose PNR's are GC5XRZ & PF9KSR respectively whom all are vegetarians. I have selected NOK MAX FARE that includes VEG MEAL & BAGGAGE at the time of booking. Even there are no options to select meal in the booking page.
Surprisingly, after the booking the PNR shown NON VEG meal for all the 6 pax. I have emailed to our team regarding the same. Instead of supporting me, everyone opposed me that it's my mistake in the beginning. Later I have shared the screenshots of the same for a dummy booking. Then they started following up with the airlines for meal change. NOK AIR airlines denied stating that it's mistake from TBO (Travel Boutique Online) only and they are responsible for it. When I asked the TBO team, they simply gave resolution stating that "REQUEST THE GUESTS FOR CHANGE OF MEAL IN THE FLIGHT". That's not the answer I expected. Since the start of the issue, different people joined and responded where NONE resolved the issue. Even after their mistake, TBO people don't want to invest money from their end and add the meal by their own, as its their mistake.
Hereby, I would like to file a complaint against TBO for cheating me without proper resolution, as the travel date is today only.

Dear sir
TBO being an b2b travel company have been marking up the fares and showing us as taxes levied on travel
As per the indigo website we can see that the tax amount is rs-484 but the company is showing as rs- 1218
the published fare being declared as 8020 when we issue the same to the customer they have a complaint that the airline website fare is low and we are charging high as a component of taxation levied
so is it fair to do such business as a b2b travel portal?
