My flight travel look canceled but money not refund, I follow up them last 1 month over, they not resolve the problem, it's a fraud company

Hi, i booked my tickets on 11 June but due to hike of fare informed them not to issue the tickets and refund my amount but till now i did not receive my refund even after call them 20-30 times and talking to many agents no one was able to help me and did not refunded my amount, without using there service they are using this money, i don t know why they are running there company without any process, plz help me in getting my refund full

I booked the ticket on may 22nd on travel look agencies form Bangalore to Mumbai my ticket got canceled rite after the amount deducted and they told to wait for 10 business working days but now its been 20 days till now my amount has not credited to my account. everytime I call to customer care they keep telling to wait for another 7 days.

I had flight booking on 9th june which was cancelled by travel look, and after that I have not received refund amount. Its been 10 days and customer care executives are not responding with solutions.

I booked flight ticket yesterday, it canceled within 5 minutes from airline agency travel look, my amount refund is not initiated by travel look company.

I tried to book flight from Travolook and amount got deducted and at the same time booking also got cancelled automatically. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 7-10 working days. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap as I have been giving all false promises whenever I am calling to their representative.
They have given my Refrence Number[protected].

Company is not providing the refund back the
All they say in mail about 4 to 5 working days when you call them they say 30 days or airlines
Have not refunded back as per mail from airline they have already refunded to company on 10th feb
Need action against them at earliest

This is Neha my reference number is REF[protected]. I did the booking on 13 February. They cancelled my booking and said that you will get your refund within 7-10 working days now it's month and I didn't get my refund. The customer executive everytime told me that you will get your refund within 5-7 working days. I feel that these guys a complete fraud and open only for taking money. Please take necessary action against them. I have all the proofs.

I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar on 27th of Jan. It got cancelled with in few minutes of the booking. Then since 1 month i am following up with the customer care number but not getting the refund. Its a fake site

I booked ticket from blr to vns on 23 jan 2022. Almost more than 40 day past and everytime customer service are telling u will get after 3, 4 days still I didn't get any information regarding my money lots of people having same issue they are big fraud every one suffering with this company. Please take legal action against such fraud company.

I booked two flight tickets from Bombay to Delhi and the amount has been redacted from my account but the tickets were not booked from the travel look’s end
Please look into it and get back to me as soon as possible
I need the to know my refund status before taking any legal actions

Tried to book flight from Travolook on 4th January 2022 and today is 12th February 2022 and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 6 days.after 6 days they are telling the same and after again 6 days they repeat and till today they are repeat same.I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

I booked flight ticket through Travel Look website but they cancelled it and sent me an email stating refund will be done in 10 to 15 working days to my bank account. Now, they say they wont refund to my bank account but will be refunded to their website wallet which I can use it in future for booking but I wont travel anymore also I cant waste that money. It would be great if they could refund that money to my bank account.

I have booked two flights on 6th and 7th oct 2021 with the PNR/booking reference number JWU9SA, and ZW2H5D and have cancelled the same on 12th oct 2021 for which i have not received the refund yet. As per the communication from travel look the refund from Airlines is not yet received and as per the confirmation mail from InterGlobe Aviation Limited ("IndiGo"), the amount is already been refunded to the virtual ID of the travel agency on 13th oct 2021.
however even if they have not received the money if i have paid them and its there liability to refund.
it is since two months i am following up for my money and there are no positive response which is been received it always stated that we have sent a reminder and same will happen in next 5 to 10 days.
have connected to there representative Mr. Junaid but it seems that they speak like an IVR only a kind of pre recorded messages
request you to kindly lodge a complain and take a strict action against such frauds.

Passenger Name : Gururajachar Kanakagiri

I had booked on Oct 21st between Bangalore to Vijayawada for my father (Passenger name : Gururajachar Kanakagiri) and he is 85 yrs old. As Booking was shown via Chennai Transit so same day Oct 21st I have cancelled the booking and Reference no is : REF[protected].

When I spoke to Travel Look they said they will refund the money in 7 to 10 working days. Now it is almost more than 25 working days and still amount is not refunded into my account.Everytime I call them they say it will be refunded in 3 working days. same thing is happening since 2 weeks and they are also not sharing the manager details so that I can escalate. Please help me to get my Refund back of Rs 4363.

With regular follow up with the customer care I haven't got any satisfactory reply when will I be getting my refund or extension of booking

The cancellation was due to their fault and not my any personal reason. After regular follow up I have only got a reply as follows -

We have forwarded your query to our concerned authorities and you will get revert shortly.
Kindly co-operate with us till that time, Your Refund will be credit within 7 days Your patience is highly appreciated)

The excuse that travel look firm gives is as follows
(This is to inform you that we have already submitted your refund request to the accounts team and you will get the automatically confirmation mail on your same mail id so we request to you kindly wait for the same. Your patience is highly appreciated)

I would like to get to your notice that we as a customer use the web site to book the ticket in which their company makes profit as they being the mediator they are liable for the amount to be paid to me. I have no direct relation with INDIGO Airlines for cancellation.

I request you to take immediate take action on this matter as per Consumer Protection Act 1986 and even inform the Media so that the problem may get exposed to other people also who may be facing similar problem

Recently I had a telephonic conversation with their tele caller and what I can sense is that this is a big scam which is collecting money in a way of airlines booking and not getting the work done and trying to give excuses after money deducted from the wallet

Please take urgent steps and action against this company

As per trailing mail travel look to give details of refund of Rs 5399 for the ref ID REF[protected] as per attached screenshot for the indigo flight which got cancelled and not for the failed transaction ref ID REF[protected] Rs4208)

Travel look to give REFUND details for both ref ID to avoid any confusion and misguidences

Rs4208 for ref ID. REF[protected] of failed transaction received on 8th Sept in ICICI Account

So indigo and travel look being again clarified that travel look to give transaction details of refund of Rs5309 to SBI Account ( travel look ref ID REF[protected] Rs 5399) for the flight which was cancelled by indigo.Indigo claims to have refunded to travel look

My flight tickets were. Cancelled on 26 may due to operational reasons and asked that refund will initiate within 15 days but it’s already 2 month gone. Neither they are picking up the calls nor giving reverts on mail .

Dear team,
Tried to book from travel look, flight from pune to Hyderabad for 12th Jun 21 on 09th Jun 21.

Amount debited from Bank but Ticket was not booked.

Customer support saying amount not received by them..

Seems suspicious website

Kindly take strict action and help me refund of my money.

I have booked flight tickets through travel look on 30 Mar 2021 and after a while, I got an email saying my booking has been cancelled and money would be refunded in 10-15 working days and so far I have not received any refund. when contacted through their customer service, I was told that it would take another 7-10 days but it's been more than a month and I have not got my money back.
