This company provides high fuel ittenary and later on their own employee of other department contadicts the itenary and claims you have to pay more. On denying further payments for the said issue they said that the amount is not refundable & further on negation they are unable to book hotels desired and still not paying refund for their own fault and lackunas. I will also write to gst department for not providing the invoice for the advance amount paid. Moreover their majors sales executives are 3rd class & work from home for time pass so how such organisation can give service and survive.

I bought a package from travel magica and gave them 70% money. But due to bad weather condition i just cancelled the package before 2 days from my travel date. After that when i call the customer care of travel magica and told them that please cancel my package because it’s very risky to travel, so please cancel my package and give my money back. But team travel magica refuse to give my money back. They told me sir your package already booked. And we booked your hotel and car also. We are already pay the money to vendors. We are not able to refund your money because vendors, hotel and cabs are already booked. It's not possible to refund the money. When i force them to refund my money then they told me that if i cancelled the package before 7 days from my trip date, in that case that was possible. Please read our terms & conditions.

I have taken a package from travel magica, which costs 53000. I gave 10% of my package to 5300, and travel magica, which is their booking amount. But now i am canceling this tour. And i am asking for my money back but they are refusing to return my money. They are refusing to refund 10% of the money. He is saying that you can read t&c. They are saying that we had earlier said that booking money will not be refunded. Please tell me how to...

I took my package from Travel Magica, they gave me a package at my price. But when we got out for a site view, our car broke down. We were spoiled for 1 to 2 hours, we had small children and old people who were having problems. After a long time, he arranged for a car. Because of which I faced a lot of problems. Because of which I want to complaint on travel magica.

The main market was very far from the hotel, very difficult to access, cab driver came to pick me up 15 to 20 minutes late. And unfortunately he was not knowing the route, every time i had depend on google to search the route. And the driver was wasted my time in 2 to 3 hour. Due to this i got delayed in doing the side view and had to do the side view very quickly. That is why i want my money in return.

Hii……this is a very fraud company….. They just offer may things before booking any package and payment.. They ask for full payment first then after receiving the payment they just deny their offer & misbehave with loud voice using cheap words…. They will ask for extra 20k after making the full payment for tour…and if we ask why extra payment they will just shout and say if you want to travel then you have to pay this charge or else don’t travel…. If we ask for refund they will shout and say “ we are not going to refund you do whatever you want to do “ misbehaving like heel with loud voice, rude & cheap words…. At last we have to give extra 20k for it……after paying extra 20k (That is 30% of full payment) we got a poor guest room in place of 4 star hotel, no pickup & drop (But mentioned in package) …. The room was very dirty and was at very outskirt of city…. May be the rent of that room was around 300 to 400 inr only…. But they charged for 4 star hotel service….. Deepali singh travel expert employee of travel magica noida delhi has totally missguided me about my tour. Teavel magica company is 3rd class travel agency. And had very horrible experince. One should not rely on them. They are double standard people. They are not fulfilled your querries/ requirements what committed. People should aware of such underrated agency.
