This is regarding Air ticket booking using Travollok.in website for flight from Mumbai to Ranchi for 4 passengers was Cancelled by travolook.in with booking reference :REF[protected] of amount Rupees 23126 on 21st May, 2022.
Even after several calls and promises to do the refund, it is already 3 months, nothing has happened from Travolook yet. I am still awaiting for the refund.
Desirable resolution is to receive the refund.

I have booked air ticket from DEL to HYD on 4th May 2022 (Ref- REF[protected]. Once the amount deducted from my account booking got cancelled saying the reason as "Fare Expiration". I am following up for the refund for more than 2 months and refund still not processed. They are not responding on mails and getting pathetic response from customer care.

Sir we have made flight ticket 13th feb2022 but cancelled and we have not received refund till date

amount show in wallet but we cant use for ticket .

please do the needful .

Date of booking : 29th January 2022.

I have booked my flight ticket through travolook travel agent and after 15minutes I got mail from travolook agent that flight ticket was cancelled by airlines. The amount will be refund within 5 to 7 working days.
Till date amount was not refunded by travolook and whenever I contact travolook customer care. I get same answer that your amount will be refunded in next 5 to 7 working days. It's almost two months completed.
Please help me how to take refund from travolook.

I try to book ticket from trovolook on february 11 2022 on the name of Deevanshu Kumar SIngh from Patna to jaipur.Money got deducted from my Account but it was failed from trovollok side.Trovollok customer care called me and said that due to technical issue from there side it got failed and they are returning the amount in 3-5 days.
I called them multiple times but everytime I called them they said that they will return it in next 3-5 days but its almost 2 month now but I didnt received my amount.
I emailed them as well but there also they are giving same reply everytime that they will return the amount in next 3-5 days

Yesterday while using Axis bank Credit Card no. XX8922 for INR 2929 at One MobiKwiK on[protected]:43:10 i had paid to https://www.travolook.in/ for a airline ticket booking to GAYA-DEL with the website reference number REF[protected], Mobikwik order ID[protected] and bank reference number is[protected]. The amount from the bank has been debited but the ticket has not been booked by Travolook as they say they had technical difficulties.
I had called them and even emailed them regarding the refund but they are not responding to this. While reviewing the website many had claimed the same issue of failed transactions but their money has never been refunded.

So I request you to kindly look into the matter and stop the transaction or reverse the amount in the same original mode of payment. Also requesting to take hard action on such platforms like how they are cheating the customer.

This is in regards to REF[protected], The booking was canceled, However not recieved the refund.

I tried to book a flight(silchar to Hyderabad via kolkata) on https://www.travolook.in/ on 22nd July. As soon as I made the payment I received a mail from travollook, informing that my booking got cancelled because of some technical issue. As per the formation provided in the mail, the refund will be initiated within 7 days. But It is almost a month, the refund has not been credited into my account. Whenever I call them, they are always asking me to wait for another 7 days, refund will be initiated. Please help.

1. A Flight Was Booked On 3/7/21 From Bhubaneswar To New Delhi Which Was Infact Not Bookd By This Agency But Money Was Deducted From My Account rs. 10716/-.
2. Got A Call Immediately That The Ticket Was Cancelled And Refund Will Be Done In 10-15 Days.
3. Upon Not Rceiving The Refund, The Customer Support Was Contacted Repeatedly Without Any Resolution To It In Last 1 Month.

I have Book air tickets twice from this website.
Both time I received a mail that it was technical issue so ticket couldn't get booked and they will refund the money within 15 days.
But I did few research and found out that there are similar complains from lots of people.
I am suspecting they are doing fraud.
Now I am calling teir customer care and they are not picking the call

Hi Sir, I booked a flight ticket from website - https://www.travolook.in/, which showed on top in google search. They deducted from my account and did not book my ticket. They are fraud website, I came to know when I looked up on google and Quora. When I called on their customer care they spoke rudely and hang up the phone. Please help. I had booked a flight from Bangalore to Mumbai for 29th March 2021 using https://www.travolook.in/ website. Soon after the booking (REF[protected], I received a call from Travolook asking for more money in order to generate PNR for this flight as the fare got increased although the fare was still the same when I checked on the airlines website.
On denying she canceled this booking and assured refund amount 3736 would be credited to my account in 15 working days only.
During these 15 days, I HAD called them 10 times but no help on refund received. Post 15 days they are asking me to wait another 10 working days due to some issue on the refund at their end.
I am not sure where to raise a complaint against this fraudulent act of this new website.

Dear Sir/Madam,
First of all for your kind information I belongs to a Tribal Community and I booked my tickets from travolook company’s website at a total cost of Rs. 13, 408.0. Kindly look into the issue of refund of my automatically cancelled tickets from travolook Company as “Operational Reasons” Cancellation by the company mentioned to me and I was told for the full refund of my bookings from Jammu-Kolkata, Kolkata-Delhi & Delhi-Jammu. I have booked these three tickets on 11th March 2021 from my debit card.
All the Tickets with Reference Number are as follows:
1. Jammu to Kolkata, Booking Ticket Reference No-REF[protected]Amount Debited 5278.0 Rupees)
2. Kolkata to Delhi, Booking Ticket Reference No-REF[protected]Amount Debited 4902.0 Rupees)
3. Delhi to Jammu, Booking Ticket Reference No-REF[protected]Amount Debited 3228.0 Rupees)

With repeated assurance from the company I have not got my refund yet. This amount is too much for me. Kindly help me to get back my amount from the travolook company. I will be grateful to you if you look into the issue.

I booked the flight tickets on Tuesday 2nd Feb 2021 within half an hour my flight tickets got canceled & I got a phone call stating that it has been canceled & I will get the refund within 10/15 working days. I have called their support agents multiple times and emailed multiple times but no luck on that side also.
