Mayank jain ([protected]) from travovia who did fraud by taking money as a token amount and never lift the calls and they doesnt make any booking. While enquired they doesnt have any office in agra, fake people and fake service. Dont believe and dont accept any trips from these people. We have filed fir fraud case on mayank jain, soon he gonna recieve police notice soon....

Travovia is a travel agent company located at agra. It's a totally fraud company. They will take money in the name of travel booking. They will take money in advance in the name of tour advance, but once you pay the advance they won't pickup the phone.

Same thing happened with us. We have paid advance on the 1st week of july 2018 for andaman package. But one day before our travel they told us they cannot offer...

I booked honeymoon package from travovia on 10th march 2018, they also shared invoice which i will attach in this complain. Pradeep agarwal is a director of this company, after accepting money, he assured me to give full details on hotels booking, i waited long time but he has neither booked hotel nor return money.

I called many times and messages but gave no response.
