I received the product almost a year ago and they placed me a wrong order and after then I am daily trying to approach them but I am not getting any reply
I paid them Rs 2000

I had ordered 2 tops and paid INR 1500+. They sent me one top, which I hadn't ordered. I have been writing mails to them but to no response. It is a fake website. There aren't any numbers to call as well.

I had ordered one Sequence sleeves top and a Jumpsuit of ₹1849, and instead i got a Plain Tee shirt might be worth ₹100-200, further i went return policy and mailed to the Trend behold (from where i ordered) but i got no response, later on, i called them, tried to reach out them through their website, but i still got no response.

After a day, i got to know from my friend that even she had ordered a few stuff from the same afore-mentioned website, and the same thing happened to her and it was a scam.

So basically, a scam has happend with me and i need my refund back, also this website needs to be sued. Sucha fraudsters should be behind the bars.

I placed an order and revised something very a cheap . Trend be hold, quispify there are many websites like these doing this scam and the logistic/ courier company is one. They are making website wit different names, ones one website is shut after reporting. They make one more . It’s a big scam and someone needs to take an actions . Let me kno what can be done.

I ordered a beautiful top instead of which I recieved a white piece of cloth which is so unethical. And after that When I connect them at facebook, they blocked me from there.

I ordered a jumpsuit of 1150 rs but revived a very low quality top of 200 rs so bad I curse them that they will not be happy doing this with me so bad very disappointed fake site.

Trendbehold is a scam website i ordered 2 dress for 1550 and they sent me a 200 rs top in the box i want someone to take action as i live in another city so can't do anything. https://www.trendbehold.com/ this the website.

I ordered 4 pieces from this website and I received only one that also not what I ordered, some bad white top.
I ordered worth ₹2947 and have been completely cheated out of it.
I saw the website through an Instagram ad and it took me to their site which doesn’t have any contact number nor are they replying to any mails.
They show it’s UK based but I don’t think that’s true.

Total Invoice : Rs. 1849 (including Rs. 150 on shipping)

I found out about the website through an Instagram ad and placed my order.
I received a text message stating that my order has been confirmed, and I shall get regular delivery updates.
I ordered 2 clothing items. The only method of payment was Cash on Delivery.
Even after 2 days, the website showed merely that the order was confirmed, there were no updates as to delivery.

On 17th October 2020, I received my order from Ecom Express (the delivery agent) I paid the requisite amount vide Cash.
The website showed no update, regarding dispatch and/or delivery. (it still does not)
To my surprise, I received just one top - which was not only the wrong product, but also of a very cheap quality.
The company promises 30 day refund/
The next morning, on 18th October 2020, I sent an email to the company stating my problem and asking for an exchange, and an extension of period of return upon the delivery of the correct items.

I have been emailing them since then, but I have not received any response or even an acknowledgment of my email.
There is no phone number wherein I can converse with a Representative who would cure my grievances.

I request that the correct products be delivered to me without any additional costs.
Upon the delivery of the correct products, I get 30 days to file for return and get a refund, wherein I am dissatisfied with the product (whether it is a material or sizing issue)
Further, in the event the exchange is not possible, I get a refund of the amount I spent, inclusive of shipping costs.

Kindly look into the matter.
