I bought alto car on 24/6/16.. I paid 2lacs cash and also took benefit of pre approved loan for 1.30lacs from hdfx bank.. Trycity charged me for the same 1800/-rs.
I confirmed from 2 branches of hdfc loan sanction... They said that we charge only stamp duty charges 620/-.. Rest all charges are nil or na for ac holders and for out siders also.. Ibhave proof for the same.
I dealed with mr hardeep singh (Sales manager) in trycity.....

On 29/12/13, visited your showroom & talked to Mr. Ramakant Yadav to negotiate a deal for second sale & deposited a sum of rupees one thousand subject to finalize the deal after test drive which after trail did not liked so Mr. Ramakant Yadav asked accounts department prepare refund cheque which is till date unsigned by MD as conveyed by Mr. Ramakant . On various phone calls he is expressing his helpless on getting the cheque signed...

i am owner of ALTO X FUN Car model 2006, previously i gave my car to tri city autos for some repair and told the person that lowbeem light is not working and also repair or change the blub if necessary? at evening he told me that your car is ready i m going to drop u at ur home, while driving i came to know that light is still not working and the next day when i reached there he told me that ur car assembely is melt and wiring of your car...
