Chevrolet spark car service messed up everything

Hi,
My name is Ajith Padmasree. I have been doing my Chevrolet spark car service at Trident service center, Kalyan Nagar Bangalore.
Last paid service I did a couple of weeks back and there was an insurance claim for left rear door scratch maintenance.
After the service they messed up everything, whatever was all good they made it worse as listed below, in other words they messed up everything in my car!

Batter is to be replaced and do not have any customer care number. Tried reaching so may times, but no result. please help, and provide customer care number near to Khanpur, New Delhi....
