Hi,
i am sumit sharma . I have a firm in franchise of vodafone mini store. I have done a contract with just dial in feb 2016 for one year. In feb 2017 the contract was to be over but due to the services were not good i dicontinued in six months only. Consumer complain help me to do with this .Now without any intimation just dial has started cutting my ecs from last two months of rs 500 . I have not contracted with just dial for now...

I had called justdial to stop my ecs as i have discontinued with my work so i called jd to stop but then also they have cut my ecs of 2400/-rs today for which i had complained 4 days ago.I asked them to stop but they are saying whether u continue with your work or not you have signed agreement of 12 months so you cant stop your ecs .Is this the way if a man is dead then also jd team will say that u cant stop . I have raised complain 4days...

I have taken a 2 bHK flat for rent from Trimurti Enterprise on 20th December 2009 onwards. Flat address is C-401 Bhumiraj Retreat Sec 14 sanpada Navi Mumbai 400705. I have paid brokerage of Rs 14000 for 11 months Agreement & 5 post dated cheque till month of april. There is involvement of another real estate agent from koperkhairane in this rent who suppositely turned out to be close relation of Flat Owner Mrs....
