We booked with triphorn for kedarnath booking for 24 April 2023, but at a time there is not showing booking at hotel, called to Ravindra Kumar but not received satisfied answer, still to waiting for refund. Don’t book any tour or hotel through triphorn....

I booked a room few months back at a hotel in Puri through Triphorn, but had to cancel the trip due to some medical issues in my family. They committed to refund 50% of the booking amount, but didn't return anything even after following up with them for the last one month. Everytime they showing excuses, particularly the person Ravindra Kumar, who is basically a fraud person.
Some action needs to be taken against them to stop them...
