We booked with triphorn for kedarnath booking for 24 April 2023, but at a time there is not showing booking at hotel, called to Ravindra Kumar but not received satisfied answer, still to waiting for refund. Don’t book any tour or hotel through triphorn.

I booked a room few months back at a hotel in Puri through Triphorn, but had to cancel the trip due to some medical issues in my family. They committed to refund 50% of the booking amount, but didn't return anything even after following up with them for the last one month. Everytime they showing excuses, particularly the person Ravindra Kumar, who is basically a fraud person.
Some action needs to be taken against them to stop them from harassing people every time. At the one hand, they are charging huge amount to book the room in comparison to the actual room rent, and then they are not refunding the money after cancellation.
