I am filing this complaint against TripOdeal (M/S Prishaa Travel Support Pvt. Ltd.) for their completely unprofessional and unethical behavior regarding my flight booking.

I booked a flight from Amritsar to Ahmedabad for 20th May 2025 via TripOdeal. The PNR is Z1YYSM, with three passengers:

Mr. Meet Galaiya

Mr. Jaydeep Galaiya

Mrs. Mona Galaiya

Due to changes in travel plans, I requested to split the PNR and either reschedule or cancel the booking for a full refund. However, TripOdeal refused to provide the booking phone number and email address associated with the booking, making it impossible for the airline (IndiGo) to assist with the split or any modification.

Their customer support executive, Mr. Mohammed, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful during the conversation. Instead of helping me with a genuine request, he mocked my situation and accused me of booking "cheap" flights — which is completely unacceptable.

I have contacted IndiGo Airlines, and they are unable to proceed without the booking contact information — which TripOdeal is unjustly withholding.

This incident has caused me mental harassment, financial stress, and wasted time.
I demand:

Full refund for all three passengers under PNR Z1YYSM

Immediate disclosure of the contact details used for booking

Public apology and action against the unprofessional behavior of Mr. Mohammed

Compensation for harassment and inconvenience caused

I have also raised complaints with DGCA and am planning legal action through the consumer court.

TripOdeal must be held accountable for such poor service and mistreatment of customers.

T's a fraud company, I booked Dubai trip and from day one false commitment realized.
At first day pick up delayed at Airport by 2 hours.
On arrival found hotel is changed
Need to pay from own pocket for another hotel transit since tripodeal assured to reimburse it later.
Further on future museum tour realized that tickets are not available I missed that museum tour. Got written assurance in mail for refund.
After 16 days of trip completion still my refund of Rs 20450 is pending for which I have written mail from Tripodeal.
Now tripodeal executive negotiating for the refund amount.
I will take legal action in case if refund will not credit in my account.
Since everything is in records.
Those who r reading this message never book any deal from tripodeal since they are unethical firm.

I am writing with reference to the refund pertaining to indigo fight PNR number ILD1UV3, return flight from mumbai to udaipur. I initiated cancellation of my ticket well inadvace before the travel date vide PNR SRZ6JG on 5th January, 2023. *On checking the refund status with the airline's company on 12th January, 2023 states that the payment refund process has been completed from the airline* and is held with travel partner. I am attaching the screenshot of the same.

On 30th January, 2023 since there was no reply nor refund of the said cancellation from the travel agent, I sent a follow-up email along with the screenshot of the payment being processed by the airline. However I didn't get any revert from the Tripodeal.com for almost 15 days. Frustrated, I called the customer service and spoke to Jatin to understand on the refund status to which I was informed that a ticket has been raised and the payment will be processed with 2 days. After waiting for 2 more days not not receiving the refund, when I called the Customer Service, another customer service agent anmed Gautam Sharma Gaurav Sharma states that I will have to speak to airline's company and obtain a separate PNR without even checking since I have already done the needful. By now Tripodeal had already tested my patience my keeping my call on hold for almost 10 mins and later on telling me to follow up with the airline's company for separate PNR... I also got my call transferred to Gaurav senior Bipin Koli who assured me that he will coordinate with the airline's company for separate PNR and revert within an hour time on email that the refund would be processed in 3 to 4 days... I am still awaiting revert from Bipin Kohli... I want to bring to your notice the pathetic service and customer harassment and misguidiance taking place since past more then 1 month and I have to struggle to get my hard earned money back.

I booked flight ticket from tripodeal website on 11th jan but its pnr no is showing wrong on airline website

I made a booking from TripOdeal site and it was written booking will be confirmed in 30-45 mins but neither I get any ticket booking confirmation nor did I get any refund.

I called customer care but no answer.

My booking id #TOD00306591.

This company is fraud and i have lost 12k.

Please highlight this company at every social platform and stop them from looting common people.
