Flight was booked through tripsta on skyascanner. Malaysian airlines form manila to kuala lumpur. Soon after that passenger was found to have a serious cancer requiring immediate surgery and chemotherapy. Tripsta requested a medical certificate which was produced but tripsta claims that malaysian airlines is unable to reimburse the ticket. Booked tickets via Tripsta.ae for Riyadh - India round trip .

Charge for two tickets was AED 3103.82. Same charge was taken from my card twice totalling 6203 AED. When I called customer care numbers in India, France, UK, USA, there was no answer even after waiting for 30 minutes per location. I sent email regarding the same on their stupid customer service through email. No response either.

If there is no response...
