I have registered in Time Institute Tarnaka for CAT Exam coaching. Coaching was supposed to be started in the month of March -7th. The coaching amount is 40950 for class room training. I paid 10000 for instalment. They postponed the classes to 14th of March and later due to covid-19, classes are postponed. Recently they started Online classes, the fee for Online classes are 24950. They are asking me to pay 40950 and take the online training which is 24950.

I asked them this is not genuine as I am paying 17000 extra for the same training when compared to others. I requested them to give me refund of my money 10000 as the promised classes are not happening, or I asked them to take 14950 more and give me online training.
They are not willing to give me any option and they asked me to proceed legally.

I would like a refund for the fee of rs 25000 which i paid at t. I. M. E koramangala. I am a student of gmat batch and have been requesting for refunds for 2 months. I was not offered the services i was promised. Neither the faculty was responding to the texts nor they bothered to contact me. The study material provided are outdated and wrong. They took 25000 but provided no services. Just handed the books which would hardly cost[protected] and rest is the students issue whether he fails or pass. The institution has nothing to contribute in a students future.

I am a 4th year student of Sreenidhi Institute of science and technology(SNIST), T.I.M.E institute had offered GATE coaching at SNIST campus.I enrolled into this course for GATE 2017 coaching and paid the first two installments of the fee i.e 20, 000 rupees of the total 40, 000. After a couple of months the classes were cancelled.I don't know the reason for this but no matter how many times I asked the T.I.M.E representative kept giving me some excuses.When I personally visited their center at Tarnaka, the people their asked me to email the complaint.But even after doing so I haven't received any response from the management.
