Service & repair of Tata Altroz car

I have given my Tata Altroz Car for its 3rd & final free service with request to repair some small scratches at the back & even after a week the response is horrible. They never pick up phones.
I have a Harrier car too which is due for its second service. I need to get back the Altroz before giving Harrier for servicing, but Trivandrum motors Body Shop guy Noufal who is in charge of my car is arrogant, haughty & very disrespectful. He behaves to me as of I am someone with a begging bowl before him!

worst service experience
My name is vidhyadaran. Sir, last week i have visited trivandrum motors for servicing my vehicle (Safari strome kl25-h-26) and paid rs 12000 for doing the same. The worst thing is that the showroom peoples have not done any thing nor they have changed any parts. They just washed the vehicle and returned it to me. And asked me to pay 12000 and said that they have changed some of the parts. On the way to my home the car got breakdown. I have informed it to the showroom and there was no reply from their side. I visited the local mechanic and it was found that they have not tightened the battery.
After reaching home it was found that the service center staff has damaged one speaker they have not checked the power steering oil which was leaking. The dash bord was hanging down.
I called the concern service manager of trivandrum motors
And he is not giving any reply to me nor they are coming to check the vehicle. Now the stearing has got so thigten that its not possible to drive the vehich.
So please do the needful for the same. Or else i need to take legal action against the showroom.
Totally un satisfied with the showroom.

I had given my nano for service and repairs of side half glass and side view mirroron 20.8.18. The vehicle was delivered on 22.8.18. However i found that only the half glass was repaired and no work done on the side view mirror. The service engineer mr arun assured me the same would be replaced after i took my vehicle home and also made me pay rs1000 towards advance of the same. However even after a lapse of one week and in spite of my contacting the office several times no replacement of the mirror has been done till today. Neither has anyone from trivandrum motors contacted me in this respect in spite of me informing their customer relations manager mr santhosh of this situation also.

I would have been their cake walk customer, since i approached them on my own will and interest. But due to the thorough unprofessionalism shown from your sales team post enquiry day forced me to cancel the booking. The promised date of test drive is not provided by me and postponed for four times. The info about the same was informed very late. Now i bought another car, no need to review this but can avoid similar instances in future.
