I regret to state that Triviaa company which shows very alluring product range and trap innocent public through Facebook and then deliver fake products through Xpressbees, all seems to promote and are partners in conducting FRAUD. The company is fake, customer care no. is fake and so is the e-mail address. Innocent people have no way out of this mess but face harassment all because the supporters of this fraud company are FACEBOOK...

Dear sir...online shopping site trivia.com cheated me as I ordered 3 kurtas from there n it delivered 3 cheap saris to me...n when I am asking for refund..its not agree for return even after having7 days return policy...n asking for bank details...while I paid cash rs 1824...I need my money back in cash form...please support...

I have ordered for gown for women which is in blue colour in your website and... What i have received is a yellow colour saree... So i want to return this product and i want to refund the money i have paid... Of 746 inr... I want you to take correct action in this one... I'm really upset of receiving a wrong product... Pls take the necessary action in this problem... And i want this to be solved quickly......
