Didn't receive my orders yet, fake website..need action.

I have placed my order In trollyshop.com in Feb which was supposed to be delivered by end of feb.but I haven't received my orders also didn't get any mail/msg or tracking information etc. My order I'd is #TSN2640..please let me know whether it is a authentic website or a fake one..they don't have any contact information also..please take action against this site or else do the needful to deliver my product.

Didn't receive my product and extra money deducted

I have placed 3 orders @ trollyshop.com.
1. In 1st transaction (11the Feb 2021) money (amount Rs. 4626/-) was deducted from my account but order was not placed.
2. In 2nd transaction (11the Feb 2021) money (amount Rs. 4626/-) was deducted from my account but order was not delivered.

3. In transaction (11the Feb 2021) money (amount Rs. 1123/-) was deducted from my account but order was not delivered.
Order no: #TSN2645
