I purchase asus zen from flipkart order number (Od[protected] once i received moble on (22-jun-2019) with brand cover missing and it was wrapped in local seal. Also the product was a defective one. Checked by flipkart assured company technician (Completed on tue, 25th jun bye jeeves banalore) when i raise a return/ replacemetn everytime they will say that it will be replaced only if brand cover is there, which was not received from the seller trunet commerce. Flipkart and trunet commerse both are making the customers suffer by not sending proper items and making money. Also flip kart is more supported and having trust on the seller rather on the customer who is suffering.

At last they said they are helpless for replacing / refunding with out any brand cover.

I think this flipkart and truenet commerce both jointly playing games with customers from online doing these sought of frauds to customers for making money.

Flipkart incident No: IN[protected] tracking of incident raised by Flipkart when I complained and given to me which has all tracking/recordings of conversations with the customer care and priority officers who had discussed will be available from Flipkart on the same in their portal.

at last, they were saying we cannot help on this particular order. if this is the case flipkart is only responsible for delivery not for replacing or refunding.

At last they replace mobile after ahving several discussions and escalations.

    I have ordered Asus zenfone max Pro m1 on 15th May with exchange of my old phone redmi 4a, due to small dent on my old phone they did not exchanged, so that I have cancelled the order and got SMS that my refund amount will be credited on 17th May. On 17th May when I called to Flipkart executive they told me that your refund amount will be credited before 7 pm, after 7 pm I have not get my refund money, again I have called Flipkart customer care they told me that your refund amount will be credited after 9:06pm after 9:06 pm still have not get refund amount, I have called again to Flipkart customer care they told me that your refund amount will be credited after 12 am. Next day I have not get my money when I have called that told me that this is your bank issue go to your bank and check I have already check my account I have check my mini statement, and also went to bank, bank said when they will transfer it will show automatically or you will also get SMS. Today is 21st May I still have not get my money, seller is fraud and Flipkart is with the seller. I want my money back.
