I ordered sandles from truffle collection online and they delivered wrong size.when i called customer, they refused to pickup and told me to courier at my own expense.I couriered the sandles and when I enquired about the refund, they blatantly refused as sandles were in sale category so can not be refunded.I asked them that I will get the sandles picked up in that case but the lady told me that they may have sold the sandles so can not be given back.Finallly they stopped picking up my calls and did not respond to emails also.I lost my money spent on sandles and courier charges.Order no.was 12410

This company has deducted my whopping amount of 4944 and didn’t even delivered the product nor refunding my money back.there is no

I had ordered white sneakers from this company on cash on delivery basis and received the package, but m not satisfied with the quality of the shoe, it looks cheap rexine material and not at all comfortable in wearing, insoles are just like any flea market side pick up (Sarojini nagar types). I want to return the same and want my 100% refund. They are not arranging for pick up and refunding my money stating since it is a cod transaction we can not refund your money.
