pathetic service, a genuine tunwal e bike review

While purchasing the bike I thought it was the best bike in market, but soon in 5-6 months almost all parts were damaged and none of the part was covered under warranty (brake liners, key switch, headlights, stand spring, battery, speedometer, charger), this is really pathetic, this is my Tunwal E Bike review. The charger stopped working in a month
The distributor said charger was not covered under warranty, so I caled the company and pretended to be a new customer willing to buy the bike and they said charger had 1 year warranty, which I recorded the call and then the distributor gave me new charger. They are good at lying.

I purchased this e-bike in april on 2017, they promised me to give a free service to the bike, and after 4 months the distributor shut down his shop, and bike has continuously been giving problems, the bike currently does not run and stops in middle of the road, which is very risky (Which i understood yesterday when i was about to get crushed by a truck when my bike stooped in middle of the road), the nearest shop is around 20km and still they are asking me to drive to their location. I have been requesting them to repair my bike for 4 months now.

Tunwal review: They promise with fancy features but spare parts are sub standard, after 3 months you start getting problems and they charge heavily as you don't have any other option

tunwal e bike price is too high and also not worth it. Happy to see someone started this topic. Even I am cheated by the company. I can't give 0 ratig so giving 1 rating, if anyone is planning to buy this bike, don't buy, this is my honest review.
Umesh Nighot. I purchased this e-bike in March on 2018, they promised me to give a free service to the bike, and damages recover in insurance, after 2 months the my e-bike damage. i am inform to distributor. he told me material receive in next hes material received form company. but till date we don't received any material from him. I have been requesting them to repair my bike for 9 months now. Varad Motors Manchar, Pune (Maharashtra).
Tunwals battery has damaged after 6 months but neither dealer nor company responding

Vehicle was delivered without accessories ND without shock absorbers. On asking distributor aaarna motors, kondhawa(bk) Pune demanded money for the same ND v paid rs 1000 more for that..
After using for 3 months daily only 10 to 12 kms bike is giving service like it is 20 yrs old. All parts r moving making noise. Battery indicator shows false charge so it gets drained Midway ND u r helpless in-between road. A slight dash without a single scratch on bike body mirror fall dwn which was just sticked with some cheap glue. Crossing a Speed braker results in dead horn light indicator .
No part is covered in wartanty except battery. Every moth I hv to pay mim 500 rs for mainting this ND that.
Mailed copmplain on companies email address BT v didn't get any reply yet.
Would never suggest anybody to buy tunwal e bike . V bought a useless toy of 57000 thousand named tunwal e bike.
Very pathetic product ND after sales service ND aarogant distributor Aaarna motors
