While purchasing the bike I thought it was the best bike in market, but soon in 5-6 months almost all parts were damaged and none of the part was covered under warranty (brake liners, key switch, headlights, stand spring, battery, speedometer, charger), this is really pathetic, this is my Tunwal E Bike review. I purchased this e-bike in april on 2017, they promised me to give a free service to the bike, and after 4 months the distributor shut down his shop, and bike has continuously been giving problems, the bike currently does not run and stops in middle of the road, which is very risky (Which i understood yesterday when i was about to get crushed by a truck when my bike stooped in middle of the road), the nearest shop is around 20km and still...
