Cake twist top

I thought the use of Tupperware was to keep things fresh.. I bought the daily Flex twist top cake container which I highly regret..! I paid 35 Euros for this daily Flex twist top container and found that ants was enjoying my cake..! The top does not twist to a complete close!! As you twist the cap up it has a space in between which allows air to get in so your cake does not stay fresh and allowed a bunch of ants to enjoy my cake... it is the worst product I have ever bought from Tupperware!!!

We already informed u we don't want replacement we need refund of amount
We had not purchased product from distributor and we purchased from outlet
As product is defective and unusable we will collect from outlet only
I already spoke with distributor of telangana he only informed me to return the product to outlet
Hence we approach outlet owner for refund

Your waste, bin better
Tupperware becomes uninvolved with reps of the past and loses track of purchases made by the quatinity. They are ungrateful for the hard work of the success and are more concerned with appearances. I have not received one new product from their company and was tricked into working for Tupperware, worked among snobs and I'm posting a picture of the results on social media.

Cancel orders without any reason or notification
Tupperware is no longer trustworthy. They run out of supplies when still showing lots in stock. Then they cancel orders without reason and do not notify consultant or customer.

Replacement
When asked for replacement of chopper seal, the DB persons are asking for amount of rs 250.when Tupperware claims about free replacement life time why should we pay any sort of amount for that. Not only this but when asked for container base placement they give reasons that it could be because of miss handeling .

Packing and used product received

I have order the black series 4ltr cookware
Today I received it in very bad packing and used product scratches on the pot
This is not first time I have order the black Series before that I have two more black series cookware both 4ltr and 7ltr
In aug 2021 I order 1 more and today I get very disappointed with the packing and it is used.
I donot know whose mistake is this is this done the distributer or by whom
Kindly take action on this.

Bad business procedures
Tupperware changed their website consultant processing software. I had 2 orders that were shipped to the wrong address and Tupperware is refusing to change the shipping address (even before this order was shipped) I called Tupperware customer service 5 times on this order [protected], and I have gotten 3 different responses.
1) we will ship out new product to the correct address
2) your hostess will have to ship the product to you or back to Tupperware
3) Tupperware may be able to send a shipping label to the hostess
The mistake was on Tupperware in 4 different ways.
1) training of the new site for new orders
2) no safety guards or clarifications to shipping when submitting the orders
3) total run around when contacting Tupperware and FedEx, as FedEx is stating this order needs to be rerouted by the Seller (Tupperware)
4) Tupperware should have had grace periods where they could update shipping in the system if the order is being processed.

Tupperware utensils or products come with a lifetime warranty. They are relatively expensive than similar locally available products.
Many of the covers and jars have broken at home. It seems the quality of the products is inferior. I have broken products at home.
There is a problem with tupperware now and consumers need not suffer.
The broken products should be replaced or i should be compensated.

worst quality plastic

I have purchased the tupperware plastic containers of 1.2L from flipkart, and on its first use i found the product melted inside the microwave within 6 mins which is something ridiculous. If your product is not microwave safe than why you are stamping it on the product that it is microwave safe.
Kindly look into this matter and respond with the proper solution as soon as possible.

rude behaviour when asked for replacement

I had been to basavanagudi shop. I am not a member or consultant of tupperware. I had been last week to return the broken caps which i had bought long back. There the lady said if you want to replace individually come and return on 3rd tuesday s only with aadhar card and photo. Today when i went the manager there lady says u return to consultant i changed the policy yesterday and started using abusive words. Tupperware people u don't assure people of replacement at all i[censored] have a problem. We will buy and if broken we will throw it dnt give any false assurances at all.

Small container and bottle leakage

At the time of purchase we were told that Tupperware products with lifetime warranty but after 2-3 years o[censored]se the container's lid started to show irregularities and inner contents started leaking. I don't think that this is tupperware's level of quality and it does not match its so called "lifetime warranty".

I had purchased bottles. They promised that it has life time replacement gaurantee. How they are not replacing the bottles which are smelling badly.NOw how should we relay on such a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig companies. Not received the replacement product since more than a year

I had been gifted a tupperware cuboid jug ( around 9-10 ltrs) by my mom on my daughter's birthday 9.3.2012... On delivery we checked it & had to return it as it was leaking ... The replaced jug came to me after a couple of months... TO my surprise the replaced jug was again leaking & i was told that the tap had been changed , & since it is leaking again the agent took it back to replace... Whenever I call her the agent who sold it to me talks very rudely to me & also tells me that it will take any amount of months & if I am in hurry she can give the leaking jug back to me... She also tells that she has offerred me a 24% discount on the MRP for which I should be thankful to her & wait patiently for the new jug to arrive ... Can someone be more patient for a product she has already paid for ... ITS MORE THAN A YEAR NOW ??? Pathetic company with pathetic policies & pathetic way of training their agents .... THEY BELIEVE ONLY IN SALES & NOT IN AFTER SALES COMMITMENTS .... (Prachi : [protected])

Hi, I want to design my Kitchen Room with Tupperware Boxes....... and Tupperware is so expensive rather than Indian Brands, I am using This Tupperware for last 1 Year still i m taking my foot back when i want to design my Kitchen Tel me Is this is Useful ?Tupperware — NON COMPLIANCE of warranty
TUpperware claims to replace lids once broken. However i have given around 10 lids and a water container for more than a 2 years now.. and they have not replaced. Keep giving excyuese. They promise a lifetime warranty. NO.. their claims are all fake.. Products dont last

i had bought a tupperware water can with thermal cover product no:4622B_1and also has Belgium PAT.491, 293, German PAT 829, 248 on the cover lid, within 2 days the top pop lid broke and it is not in use as it is no more spill proof lid, it is not carry able. it is a shame to spend so much to buy and this could happen. i deserve a replacement, please advise. my mail [protected]@yahoo.com.

Tupperware Smart Chopper

I purchased tupperware smart chopper inthe month of January 2012. I was verbally informed that the product is very strong and nothing will happen for 10 years. I used the smart chopper for chopping onions, chillies, tomatoes, ginger and garlic. Within 8 months the 'pull cord' snapped. The chopper is now lying with me useless. I paid Rs. 2300 for the chopper. The advertisemet says "The more you pull the cord, the finer the Chopping". In this case the cord has snapped. I have requested for a replacement of the cover and I have been told that I will have to pay Rs. 500/- for the cord only. This is with assurance that nothing would happen to the product and on that basis and in good faith I purchased the appliance. Will I get a replacement, without any charge? If not, the money has gone down the drain as well the trust in Tupperware products.

Burnt box when kept in micro for just 45 seconds

I bought a Tupperware lunch box a month ago as everybody said that it is the best to keep in microwave. On the recommendations from everybody i bought this lunch box which was 3 times expensive than an ordinary lunch box.
To my surprise a few days ago when i kept my lunch in the micro to heat my lunch it started smelling and when i opened the micro the lunch box was burnt, it was a shock to me as a company which proclaims to be "THE BEST" has such quality of products.
I gave it to the person from whom i bought this lunch box and asked for a replacement , the moment he saw he said it will not be replaced , he will still check , and now the person says the company guarantees a replacement only if broken but not when burnt, which is highly depressing .
One you buy an overcharged product just for the safety that it is not burnt while kept in microwave and then you see that the company is not responsible if burnt, what a hypocracy and a wonderful example of self proclamation.

Tupperware Tiffin Box — not receive the product
sir i purchased a product from pepperfy.com on 7/3/2013 with order no [protected] but till now i dint get product when i complaint them thye are saying that it is already deliverd but we dint get the product .Tupperware — broken tiffin box
