Respected sir,

I have purchased a T-shirt from your TURMS Application on 31/05/2021 vide Order No.#392821 and paid an amount of Rs.909.30

The screenshot of the order is also attached herewith for your reference.

In this regard I have made protracted correspondences with the authority. However no response is received yet.

Kindly send me the T-Shirt or refund my amount at the earliest.

This company is not responding or not giving our exchange products. There is no way we can check the status of our orders. Even so many hidden rules are there. Customer number or support emails are not getting any replies.

Can you help us how to proceed on this?

Order #282421, placed 4 products in this site and none of them are fitting correclty, so we exchanged the products. After that products are picked and we don't have any communication after that?

They claim that their jeans is "stain repellent" but they are not so as experienced. After wearing and using the jeans for two weeks only and after 1-2 washes the jeans lose theri "stain repellent" property.
If they can't provide that quality they should not base their whole company around it.
I loved the idea when i saw it but now after experiencing the lies you guys are selling i doubt i'll shop again or recommend others.
Moreover whats with the only one time return policy or one time exchange policy? Are you guys even serious about your brand?
And the costumer support is so bad and so unhelpful that i wonder why do you guys even have a division of for that.
