One Trouser-Turtle was purchased on 08.09.2022 from Pantaloon-South City Mall-Kolkata was found of poor quality (Bobbles in between thighs area) after using it for just 2 days. The Trouser-Turtle has not been washed now. This was not expected from Branded clothes Manufacturers like Turtle.
Kindly look into this matter and suggest for your replacement policy. However, we are staying in Kolkata (W.B.)
We had paid Rs.2, 805.00 through Debit card included other clothes.

The Turtle Showroom at Guwahati are advertising 50% discount in the month of July 2018. I went to a Turtle Showroom to purchase shirts & selected two shirts having MRP Rs.1599/- each(Including GST). As per the advertisement @50% discount I should be charged Rs.1599/- for two shirts. However at the time of billing he charged me Rs.79.95/- extra i.e Rs. 1678.95/-. On enquiry the store manager informed me that GST @ 5% is being charged on the discounted price. Since the initial marked price was including GST, the discounted price is also including GST & charging of additional GST is plainly misleading advertisement as now the discount is only 47.5% instead of 50%. I being not agreeable to this sort of cheating cancelled my purchase. I also request everybody to resist this type of misleading advertisements.

SUBJECT:-Experience letter not given by employe r & late procees of pf claim. Dear sir, I had working with Turtle limited company.from 1 feb 2012 to 30 nov 2014 as a store manager.when i compleated 3 month after resigning.i am apply for my pf withdrawal & my experience letter to turtle limited Company. I was apply pf withdrawal & experience letter 11 march 2015.but till 7 may 2015 they are not process my pf claim or my expiriance letter. When i talk with company HR they are told me now company is not able to send my expiriance letter .they are told me Company not given experience letter from 2015.and the turtle ltd pf department are not procees my pf claim last 2 months. Now i require experience letter for the job & my pf claim also. Please Guide How Can The Employees File Legal Complaints Regarding The Same Issues.

This is to bring to your kind notice that the above stated company Turtle Limited, 20, Round Tank Lane, near Fore shore road, Howrah,is existing for over 18 years now and have total strength of 500 peope plus ( includes Office, warehouse and factory), but stangely they do not have any provision of PF deductions and when asked about it with the Management, they said that we neither deduct PF nor we will.

This sounded strange and being a responsible citizen, thought of lodging this complaint. This kind of malpractises should be stopped as for a middle class family, this is one of the best ways of savings for the future.

I would not like to name myself , but I have worked in the organisation.

Kindly look into this so that the atleast the present employees do not get restrained from this, which is their right.
