We are requested my top up loan a/c no 3026ut0000811 payment not received and my document submitted[protected] tvs partapnagar tvs oppshowroom and not replay customer care assistant and tvs customer care office mene24 bar bar customer care complain kiya he lekin abhi tak javab nahi mila our mera complain close ho gaya bina mera payment mile bina

My loan ragister on [protected]. I attached the loan agreement copy.. Seen this my last instalment date. 07.01.2019

My loan amount 44000
Interest 12.75 11200 aprox
Total loan with interest =55200

Tener 27 intlment 2301
27*2301=62127 this amount calculated by you. But my total loan with interest amount is 55200. Why i will pay 7000 extra. My 18 installment is paid by me.. Big fraud with me in your tvs show room executive not respond to me about this mater... Please resolve this problem in 10days then i will to consumers cort... I was complet about this mater 10time but not resolve this.. Your tvs deler is also not respond to me about this problem... Why tvs asking 7000extra emi

Two employees from tvs finance has forcefully taken our xl100 vehicle from our office on november 01, 2017 in my absence, when i was out of station. His name is ravi, along with him there was another person also.

While purchasing the vehicle, i was not having my current account cheque book. But mr. Jaffer sherif, the showroom incharge from neo motors, no.9/1 bilekahalli, bangalore 560076 (Tel:[protected] requested me to give any cheque book for the registeration purpose and later i can submit my valid current account cheque book. On that assurance i have issued a cheque leaf from my dormant account (Kotak-kerala branch). I have informed at that time this is a dormant account and should not consider this as valid, until i submit my valid cheque leaf. Later when i received the (Kotak-karnataka) cheque book i have submitted that and requested them to change my bank account number in their records. But every month the cheque is presented to my dormant account and i am incurring charges for bounce cheque from the bank as well as from the credit company.

I have visited their showroom thrice for this purpose and also met the accountant, but of no use. Still the account number is not changed. Previously i use to give them cash as a temporary basis, on an assurance that the account will be changed within 2 months. Since they are not taking this seriously, this time i told them i cannot pay cash, and they have to change my bank account number in their records and do a direct debit.

Due to this the below mentioned from tvs finance have forcefully taken the vehicle without my permission when i was outstation. Since one month i am not able to use the vehicle and also i dont know the current location of the vehicle.

Due to tvs finance negligence and mistake i was put into inconveniance.

I am attaching the photos of the tvs employees who has taken my vehicle.

EMI detected and also the person collected from me.
I missed my EMI.
Person collected AMount for EMI.
But again money detected from account also.
person told we will adjust in next emi.
So i didnt fill money.
Now they said u have to pay this emi with bouncing charges.
Very carless.

Till now i dont know what is my finance scheem.

I have contacted the executive last month and he said to submit documents... so I have submitted the documents same day...
Since the that executive is not receiving my phone... if I go to show room he says in two days your loan amount will be credited to your account... but I don't know what is wrong... your service is full of waste...
Kindly suggest me should I wait or forget about the top up loan...

Here Poulraj.CS I have to inform you that last year on Oct -2016 I have not paid my EMI due to my ACC no was got blocked from bank side and on Nov one of your you collection department person called me and informed me to pay, as I was in out of station I could able to go branch and pay, for that he told me to transfer the amount to his account as he said I transferred amount for Oct and Nov months two month EMI, it's 6062₹ .. for that he didn't sent any receipt for that. Now I got a information that my Nov month EMI is not paid, now I got clear information from tvs customer care.. I have called to mr. Madhu to whom I transferred EMI amount he is neglecting me and not responding properly.. still I get proper information I will not pay this month EMI, this is my clear explanation.. kindly revert back.. details mentioned below

I paid march-2017 emi amount through online payment and i get confirmation paid successfully but i informed to tvs helpdesk customer care mail id and they said maintain my account balance and they started presentation for current month incase of cheque bouncing need to pay penalty. May i know why should they doing presentations and why should i take responsible to pay cheque bouncing and i never heard in my life like this worst financial service so please guide me how can i take actions againt to tvs finance group

The employe coming the home with out his id card without sessing any letter they are behaving like rowdys... This tvs finance company taking the rowdys as employee to recover the amount they are not at all official seriously the behave like rowdies... They are doing mentaly harrasment pleas pleas take action about those kind of dealers specialy (Koppal dist-tq-gangavathi-karnataka)

The executive who came ma house & acting like a rowdy... Touched me mentally... Take necessary action on him or else I'll charge a legal case against him for harassment... His name s Chethan from KB nagar branch...

1 month back some one called from NOC branch chennai regarding cheque bounce charge his number is [protected].. I took time to pay the amount... Afterwards he called me and talked so rashly and in volgur language.. Pls take necessary actions against him..

sir i have purchase tvs wego from sai ram durg on EMI. they told me that they will collect the money from bank through ADM.
i have paid my 14 instalment out of 15. this mnth due to holiday of gandhi jaynti i am unabl to deposit my account. so they told me that your cheque has bounced and you have to pay cash. then on 11 oct 2012 i paid the amount in cash and they gave me reciept of amount.
on 13 0ct 2012 they again taken the money of EMI through ADM. when i said them please return the money which you have taken through cash from me. they told me i have to ask my boss. now i talked to his boss he told me that you have to bouncing charge also after that the amount will be refund and it will take time also. when i said him why i will pay bouncing charge when your company has already charged the amount through my acount(ADM). he say you have to pay it. then i told him that u have taken the extra amount from my acount the you also pay me the amount. he said this not possible. then i told him that i will not pay the next instalment then he said me that ( ki hmara wasoolne ka dept alag h. wo aap se wasul lenge). they are showing there fear to me.
