    Hello, i purchased vehicle in july 2018, within few months of purchase silencer was broken. Hardly around 2k kilometres ran. I took it to showroom, in the beginning employee did not respond later they did something and gave. Later it was fine for months again it broken. I took it showroom, he took me to loacal welding shop dropped me and went by "he will pay". So i paid for it. Within one week again it broken. And i myself took it to some local welding shop and fixed it by paying from my pocket. This is not with my vehicle even i saw may of this varient having same complaint. I am very upset.

      Hello this is bhawna. Mene last 6 month back pep+ purchege kiya tha but bhut hi bakwas exprience rha. Me pichhle 2 month se service center jaja ke thak gai hu koi response ni. Bar bar pata ni kya thik karke dete h ki har har bar vahi problem 2 din bad me suru ho jati h bar bar band hoti h me bhut paresan ho gai hu me agar ye jaldi problem solve ni hui to me iska baki ka koi emi ni pay karungi or tvs showroom me jake khadi kar dungi i m very dispointed. Or kavi koi tvs ka gadi na kharidungi or na kisi ko salah dungi

        I have scooty pep and vehicle was given to service cnter proddtur in ysr district in andrapradesh state. at the time of serviceing i have informed that heavy sound from the scooty. he repalced silencer and total servicing was done along with oil change . total amount i have paid and after 10 days sound problem againg incresing daya bu day . i have lodged compalint on service center proddatur again on 19.03.2016.
        so plase resove the problem

          Dear Sir, Two days back, I gave my one year old Scooty pep and with complaints i am facing. On the day One, I made a call in the evening and they said it is o.k and when I particularly asked for my complaint on Front fork complaint, he said no, not yet and asked to collect the next day. Second day, morning, they confirmed my vehicle is o.k and ready for delivery. when I went in the evening, and i am shocked the my vehicle was not in service station . After 15 minutes, they are drive in with my vehicle with some loads. When i see the meter reading it was more than 16Kms from the service booking. I asked the owner of the service centre why you have taken my vehicle for load purpose, but without guilty, he is questioning me what you want me to do now. After spending 1500/- for service, we got pressure and headache. Company Name: ASR MOTORS, No.9, Pammal Main Road, Job Car No.0712.

            I have purchased a scooty pep+ from M/s. Mahalaxmi TVS, Isanpur, Ahmedabad a year ago. i have all services of scooty pep + done at the same service atation i. e at Mahalaxmi TVS, Isanpur, but i am very sad to inform that after every services new problems arose and i have to suffer a lot. i have informed the said service station but it is of no use. recently i have put my scooty pep+ for service on 12.10.2013 and the result is same. on very next day i. e on 13.10.2013 the scooty does not starts.

            i am fed up with this type of services.

              This is Radhika from Hyderabad a working lady purchased TVS SCOOTY PEP on 17th Feb 2008 from SHAKTI MOTORS, Erragadda, Hyderabad.
              Really Iam fedup with ur Vehicle somany problem even ur staff is not able to rectify the problem changed somany service centres of Authorised TVS Service centres from the 3rd year faced and facing lot of problems with Vehicle iam not at all satisfied with this vehicle and I suggest people not to take this I use very less going office and back to home in this 5 years hardly I runed 22000kms now from 1 week it is not getting started kept at home called ur people to come and take the vehicle they are not responding (VISHAL MOTORS - SANTHNAGAR) Iam a lady if vehicle stops suddenly on main raods what can I do. This is not at all good.

                I had purchased scooty pep in last year May.2011 and till today it will be run around 1200k.m. and after free service I had taken paid service throw CORONATION SERVICE CENTER and last just before 10 days ago I had taken 4th service of Coronation but after the service of TVS SCOOTY PEP totally in us use position and after that I had spent Rs.450 to repair that in other GARAGE.

                Today I have Complain at Trikon Baug OFF of Coronation regarding above matter. But still I am not satisfied.

                FINALLY OUR CONFIDENCE ON CORONATION SERVICE STATION IS CREATE SOME DOUBT. BCOZ WE CAN'T EXPECT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE FROM CORONATION. FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION WE HAD PAID RS. 700.00 FOR PAID SERVICE.

                PLEASE GIVE US PROMT & POSITIVE REPLY REGARDING FOLLOWING MATTER.

                I am Hema with Policy No.671902/31/01/00011173 which expired on 30.11.09. I had sent cq for Rs.686/-
                bearing No.783071 dt. 17.11.09 which was sent to New India Assurance Co. Lts, INDOCOM HOUSE, II floor, #327/5, Next to BHEL, Mysore Road, Bangalore. I would like to know the position of my policy and what about my renewal of the above policy at the earliest

                      This is more of a request to tvs to look into what i am sure is a fraud being done by their authorised service centre at electronic city bangalore (m/s sv motors).

                      My daughter owns a tvs scooty pep, rarely used. on 01 dec 2010 the scooty suddely stopped and could not be started as the kick pedal seemed jammed. this was towed to the nearest tvs service centre.

                      dear sir,
                      i gave my scooty pep(TN 20 AX 4468) for service in SVS TVS AMBATTUR on 7th october..the approximated delivery date given to me was 11th october..they said that they dont have enough man power and hence i accepted the delivery date as 11th..but on 11th i called SVS TVS for the delivery,but they said vehicle is not ready and also they said that vehicle will be delivered to me on12th..then i called them on 12th,still they said that vehicle has not been serviced and they require 1 day more for the service..on 12th i called them and warned them that i need the serviced vehicle on 13th orelse i told them to return my vehicle without being serviced on 13th..but when i called them on 13th they didnt even respond me,i called them for nearly 7 times in these three days but they didnt even respond me properly..still i havnt received my serviced vehicle and their response was also very bad...i am really upset and annoyed about the service and response in SVS TVS AMBATTUR..as i am a student i really struggled to go to college without my two wheeler in these 3 days..i spent nearly 300 rupees in these 3 days for the transport purpose because of their delay..i request tvs motor company to take my issue as a serious issue and react accordingly..thank you..

                          We gave our Scooty PEP for service. Due to rain, the service shop did not service it on the same day. The shop was flooded with water. Next day morning when I went to check the status, the rep suggested coming in the evening and admitted that the shop was flooded with water. Hence the servicing was not done. In the evening, he called indicating the servicing was complete. When we went to pick up the vehicle, it wouldn't start. He blamed on coil being poor and damaged due to water. In fact it got damaged in his own shop due to flooding and now blaming on us that it was spoiled before coming to the shop. We park the vehicle in a covered shelter and have no chance of getting water in that area.

                            TVS spare parts and service

                            I have taken my scooty pep for service in trivandrum and they have said over 3000 for servicing and also changing the Oil seal. When checked with local workshops they said the spare parts will be less than 1000 but it will not be available in the market other than the TVS Service center. If the spare is asked by a local workshop person, they will say it is not available and so they are also helpless. They are monopolizing and charging exhorbitant...

                            i have a compliant for duggar TVS indore(ranisatigate) that they r not providing proper warranty and service to my scooty pep.due to manufacturing defect(material quality poor) the side stand of my scooty get broken for which they r not giving me d warranty.the servicing of my vehicle is done on paid basis earlier.i even dont know to whom i will talk for d whole matter

                            TVS Scooty pep+ — Not getting service as well as warranty

                            As we say safty first nothing like that I found in your pep+,on 22nd Nov 09 , I was escaped by the blessing of god as my scooty's front sockup pipe opened and I fell down and some how managed to save myself.Above case has happend even after regular service in Goodwill motor's service centre.I havepurchased on 25 may 08 and am still in warranty.Goodwill motor's service centre receive my pep+ on 23rd Nov 09 and told to deliver at 6 pm same day but they have broken my sockup pipe and clip while oppening and they told me that spares not availabe and take the vhicle on 26th nov 09.
                            Today they are telling that no warrany on that and asking for payment of that. Overall scooty servicing in goodwill motor is almost nil, 90% costomers are unhappy. If I am not getting warranty on that spare I asure you 50% reduction of your consumer atleast in Sambalpur town within year.If such things happend why people will purchase that. Thanking you.

                              I HAVE MADE COMPLAINT FOR NOT STARTING OF TVS PEP. AFTER 3 DAYS MECHANIC CAME AND START IT WITH KICK. ON SECOND DAY (14.10.09) I HAVE GIVEN IT TO SERVICE CENTER. ON 19.10.09, ON MY PHONE, IT WAS TOLD THAT YOUR SCOOTY IS READY BUT IT COULD START ONLY FROM KICK BECAUSE "RELAY" (SOME PART) IS NOT AVAILABLE AT SERVICE CENTRE AND IT WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER APPROX 10 DAYS. THE PROBLEM IS MY DAUGHTER, WHO IS DRIVING IT, IS FACING VERY PROBLEM TO START WITH KICK.

                              I am also facing same problem, Servie centres are fraud. They are chargig any amt, and sad part is that TVS is not ready to tke responsiblity, once they sold this Scooty their responsibility is over.

                              I Purchase Tvs Scooty Teenz Electric in the year 25 Nov 2009 After purchasing next day it creates problem of Headlight and horn after some days it doesn't start or charge battery than i went to service centre name- Birla Motors Bundi. when i ask a service person what is the problem in bike he doesn't give me a satisfaction answer and saying deposit scooty fot two to three days b.coz there is no part availability of this model this scooty is not a tvs running model thats why there is no part avlbl. than he return after five days than works charging bike is start but horn is still not in wrkng condition than after some days again headlight is not work and now this isn't charge not horn work and light i have four bikes of tvs in my home i think tvs is a good company but i last purchase this scooty i was very very dissatisfied from this a bad tvs product.Its disgusting !!!

                                this is to bring into your kind notice that I am a consumer of an automobile of TVS. i had given my scooty for servicing on 7/6/09 at "21, Station Road, Near Chintal house Automovers, Lucknow"& the due date of returning the same was 9/6/09 at 5PM. The management failed to fulfill the responsibility & gave fake reasons for the same. Moreover, the Phone No. printed on the job card was not in use & the Other No. was switched off. My home is about 9 KM away from this service station & i am a student & convence problems

                                Please take an immediate action against the same.

                                    I had bought TVS Scooty pept on 9/10/2008 from NATATIONAL GARAGE OPP JABALPUR HOSPITAL JABALPUR[MP] since we have bought it we had complain of vibrations, average not running smoothly&horn.so we went to dealer office for service & they check and said now all thing is normal but the complain remained same. after that we meet them 3-4 time & still fault didnt removed. now they are not responding us properly & also refuse that we had given vehicle 3-4 time for this & also didnt mention it in our service book. lastly we had given our scooty on 16/11/08 & still it was in there service department. they didnt resolve my preblem.because of horn is not working from third day of vehical my wife [kiran narang} had accident today on 11-02-09 so please give solution other wise i have to go to consumer court.

                                    I had bought TVS Scooty pept on 9/10/2008 from NATATIONAL GARAGE OPP JABALPUR HOSPITAL JABALPUR[MP] since we have bought it we had complain of vibrations, average not running smoothly&horn.so we went to dealer office for service & they check and said now all thing is normal but the complain remained same. after that we meet them 3-4 time & still fault didnt removed. now they are not responding us properly & also refuse that we had given vehicle 3-4 time for this & also didnt mention it in our service book. lastly we had given our scooty on 16/11/08 & still it was in there service department. they didnt resolve my preblem.because of horn is not working from third day of vehical my wife [kiran narang} had accident today on 11-02-09 so please give solution other wise i have to go to consumer court.

                                    We have given Scooty Pep vehicle with Sneha Motors, Kothapet, Hyderbad for servicing and also to check petrol leak and low milage having coburrator problem.
                                    The problem is still continuing. They are simply not caring our complaint. We have told them the same problem in our earlier services also. To who shall we give complaint about them and about their inefficiency in tackling problem.

                                    Tvs Scooty Pep — oil seal leak

                                    I have scooty pep motorcycle. Now its oil seal of the front shock absorbers is having some complaint. When I approach the service station they said that oil seal can not be repaired and I have to change the entire shock absorber. It will cost around Rs 2500. Is it true that oil seal of scooty pep can not be repaired?

                                      For the last ONE week the vehicle is LYING at ADISHWAR AUTO Satellite Branch and not in order due to SPARES NOT AVAILABLE. It is also informed by the workshop manager, when the PARTS expected to reach the WORKSHOP.

                                      Email sent to TVS motor for the last 4 days not RESPONDED. High level of customer DISSATISFACTION.
                                      Not ACCEPTED at ALL!
                                      the left mirror of my scooty pep was damaged due to an accident and i am often contacting shahtvs, kolkata for a replacement of a mirror, but they are not reacting to my need.always they are saying that mirror is out of stock

                                        I recently purchased a sccoty pep for my Dad who is 65+. It has been only 3 months since we has bought from a local TVS authorized dealer, but the bike seems to be stopping frequently in the middle of the road. It has been for service nearly 6 times. Towed many times. The service cente has been unable to fix it. Everytime it stops.
                                        We are not sure if we could fix it in another service center since its in a warranty period and service in this "good for nothing" service center through out. Another service center might clearly charge us stating the other ar fault.
                                        With the mental hardships, i am really in a mind to take legal action. he complaint is there is no current passing or some feeble current; I think we were given a faulty machine. What do you think we should do .
                                        TVS does not seem to have any customer care centers for us to lodge our complaints.
