I placed 2 orders from Jiomart via twidpay on 26th March been almost a month I haven't received my money back amount of rs 229 and rs 227 yet
Despite contacting several times didn't got the response

There were two transactions failed of rs 227 and rs 229 via twidpay from Jiomart
On 26th March despite contacting customer service several times not getting any response
Please help me to get the refund

2999/- deducted from credit card but mobile not recharge not done at my jio app, third party pay app twidpay....

An amout of 2999/- has deducted for recharge on my jio app via twidpay site.
Recharged failed but money deducted

Ordered few products from jio mart on april 6th payment got debited but order was not placed
Contacted twid customer care support through email but they were asking me to wait they were not responding
Its been 12days and they asked me to wait for 5-7days there is no customer care number to call
Please do needful

I am ordering jio Mart 2 April but I am cancelling this order because some items are missing but jio Mart refund to 2 April for Twid.pay but Twid.pay not transferred amount 1747 in my credit Card account i am mail to Twid.pay he provided me refund ID and told me refund amount transferred to your bank i am call to customer care he told me refund amount not received i am sending mail to Twid.pay but not any reply what we do

On 25th March I had placed an order in Jiomart payment done using Twid later it was canceled by jiomart on 27.
I raised a complaint, jiomart told it was refunded to Twid.
I raised a complaint on Twid website no response. Phone number of Twid not working. Sending mails ever day no response.

I placed an order on JIO mart by twidpay online payment. JIO mart grocery order is cancelled but money is still not refunded back to source payment.
Please help me to provide refund

I tried order on westside online site and chose pay with rewards options the i payed through twid app and the order was not placed but amount of 2458rs got deducted.
Please help me with this I tried calling their customer care they are not initiating refund....

I have booked the ticket using of Abhi bus app through lazy pay wallet . My transaction automatically failure amount struck of twid pay

My contact no. Is [protected] . My amount 1561 is debited when I was taking ticket through confirmtkt app. The through twid transaction, amount is debited but it shows transaction failed. So please refund my money.

I was placing an order for keto sweetener from wellversed.com and while i was at payment gateway by twidpay i paid ₹335(after using gift card and pay with rewards by twidpay) using phonepe app and the amount was deducted from my account but it said payment failed on the site. I’m attaching the screenshots below.

I ordered in jio mart, my money got debited to twidpay. And the order was cancelled now I did not any refund also it's almost 2 weeks kindly look into this it's almost 1400 amount. I have already mailed to customer support.

I used twidpay in snapay and transacted 10k ₹.I was supposed to get 200₹ Cashback and even got a sms that i got the money.But i am not able to see/use the same in other transcation.Please credit my cashback.Its vaid only for a month as i can see from the message

I ordered from a merchant using the Twidpay payment mode. I had sufficient balance in my twidpay wallet and i need to pay Rs. 80.1 only. I paid it with Flipkart supercoins. Conversion rate is 4 supercoin to 1 Rs. So i needed to pay around 321 supercoins for my order.

But when i placed my order, it deducted my entire supercoin balance which was 444. Now i have taken it up with their customer support and they have not provided me with any data/invoice/details which i can use to move the issue with flipkart.
Whatever you do, dont pay with this payment merchant.

I ordered eyeglasses from eyemyeye and it eas not upto mark so returned it.. On 3rd May 2022 after returning i got mail that refund has been intiated and at night arounf 11 pm at the same date i got mail from payu that they successfully refunded money to the source account but for my kind information when i checked my bank account there was not a single penny regarding this order, don't know why. So i'm requesting the comoany to please refund my money as fast as possible, i contacted my bank regatding the transaction id and ARN number payu gave and they said they didn't found anything regarding refund of your money and said contact the payment body.. So please i'm requesting you to look into this matter cause you're the payment body i choose and refund me as fast as possible.
