I ordered the tyre one week back, massaged couple of time regarding shipping delay of my tyres. But no reply from Tyremarket.com. Don’t know whether they are too arrogant to reply and does not care about the customer. I think they only ship the tyre quickly to selected city areas. Since I have already paid for tyre i am stuck with it now. My old tyre is really in bad condition almost unrideable. If someone from Tyremarket.com reading this please make necessary arrangement to ship the tyre as soon as possible. If you can’t refund the amount. My My TyreMarket Ref No:43442.

I've ordered for four tyres and only 3 got delivered. When I contacted the customer service they are saying that it will be delivered when the stock is available, why did they took the order if the stock is not there in the first place. What made me really disappointed is that they are not even telling me on approx what date they can deliver the other tyre, and I don't have any purpose with only the three tyres. Why did they ship the order...

On 28/11/2021 I booked 2 goodyear 145/80R13 tyres for mycar.Booking I'd is 32079 and I spent ₹4593.98 for this product. 8 days already over, still l am waiting the product. Customer contacts with tyremarket customer care many times with e mail and phone but no response from anywhere.
I request before the forum to consider this matter and get me a solution from tyremarket either provide the product nor refund the money as soon as possible.

I placed an order for 4 tyres on 11th of september 2021. 3 tyres were delivered by 21st September, which was just okay. As they promised delivery between 6-10 days. I was surprised where the 4th tyre was. I tried to track it and found out that it was stuck at some location. I immediately notified the issue to tyremarket. Only after that, they have realised there is an issue with delivery of the tyre. They told another tyre would be shipped soon after. It took almost 10 days to ship again. This was only done after calling them multiple times. Sometimes they even wouldn't answer the call. Very pathetic service, no proper response to customer's complaints. Whatever u say, they just stay silent listening to your complaints, without any proper solution to customer's concerns. Felt very bad placing an order with tyremarket. Takes nearly a month to get tyres delivered at your doorstep. I would never buy or recommend others to buy tyres from this portal.

It is serious matter of these type of companies. The tyremarket.com is a company selling all types of tyres at a common rate. I ordered a tyre in tyremarket.com, because a representative called me and promised that i will get my tyre with in 2 days. I ordered the tyre and paid money on 14 th january. But after one week they didn't gave the tyre and i booked another tyre for the same amount for front wheel. They said the same but today is 31st january. I didn't get my tyre yet
I have a request to you that if you are going to buy from tyremarket.com pls book before 2 months. The company is cheating customer's. They fooled me and wasted my lot of time. Pls take an action against them. I have any proof proving this
