not returning money
This is pradeep From hyderabad we have bought a quilt from u.p.handicraft and handloom emporium
agra, but it is not effective in winter.they had told that if there will be any prob.then u can return it to any khadi gramudyog center in india.but in khadi center they r denying to accept, and telling that they dont hv any collaboration with them, they r fraud.so plz tell me what should i do in this case against...

Leather Shoes got torn after 1 use

I bought 2 no. of leather shoes from Agra, Handloom shop which is run by government. After only 1 use, they got torn up and got damaged. Stitching got removed and not in a condition to wear it again.
