My card has been debited twice in two days while the transaction has failed....

Today im using mbanking transfer money its almost failed but cutt my bank balance...

I fixed deposit my money R.s-35000 (thirty five thousand) a/c no-[protected], date14/01/2009 at UCO Bank Sagarpara branch..Bank manager give me receipt that receipt shows after 96 month (date14/01/2017) maturity amount Rs-71334 (seventy one thousand three hundered thirty four only).After maturity they would pay on my a/c-[protected] Rs-66587 (sixty six thousand five hindered eighty seven only) date-15/02/2017 I request bank manager...
