I booked ticket from udchalo trip id 4877706 pnr qy49xc on the day of journey flight rescheduled my ticket without my permission.
Later on after hours of taking with spicejet customer care spicejet made full refund in favor of travel agency which is udchalo but udchalo smartly credited zero amount.
Deceiving the customer is becoming normal in udchalo.
I've been using udchalo since 2 years but nowadays you are being greedy to customer specially with defense personal.
Please look into matter i have almost knocked every door o[censored]dchalo service and sadly now i'm forced to move to consumer court for the trauma caused to me again and again by udchalo customer service.

Sir, my name is rajesh nikam, i booked a flight ticket on the travel merchant site o[censored]dchalo.com on november 1, 2018. I made this ticket by bhim app. There were two transactions for one ticket at the time of booking the ticket. My ticket rate is 4199. But for one of my tickets, the money has been lost twice.in relation to my second transit, i complained to bhim app. They say the money reached to beneficiarie. After that, i complained to udchalo.com. The beneficiary says we have not got money. Please help me sir.. My upi id-[protected] @ upi,
