Udumalai.com Complaints & Reviews

Hi,

I had ordered 4 books in online through - https://www.udumalai.com/ on 01-aug-2020. The order id is u116846.

But the books are delivered until today (31-aug-2020). Whenever, i call them at[protected], they were telling that they are yet to get those books from the publishers but no update on the delivery. I had dropped them a mail [protected]@gmail.com and sent a whatsapp message at[protected] as below:

Hi udumalai team,

I had ordered below 4 books on 01-aug-2020 and the order id for your reference is u116846.

But i haven't received it and whenever i call the number [protected], they would say that the book was not received to udumalai.com and it will be sent in 2-3 days. But i could see that it is not progressing.

So, i would like to cancel my order and kindly process the refund.

But there is no initiative for the refund also. The problem is that they neither deliver the books nor the refund.

Ordered a book through online using udumalai.com and payment is done, but book is not despatched or delivered and not responding to call, and no option to cancel the order,.in their website (Udumalai.com) they always show in stock for every book but when we ask they say no stock at start after that they avoid a calls, i tried to call many times but they are not picking up the call, from different number if i am calling they are picking up for first time the moment when they know about the order they are disconnecting the call or not talking.
