Hi,

I had ordered 4 books in online through - https://www.udumalai.com/ on 01-aug-2020. The order id is u116846.

But the books are delivered until today (31-aug-2020). Whenever, i call them at[protected], they were telling that they are yet to get those books from the publishers but no update on the delivery. I had dropped them a mail [protected]@gmail.com and sent a whatsapp message at[protected] as below:br...

Ordered a book through online using udumalai.com and payment is done, but book is not despatched or delivered and not responding to call, and no option to cancel the order,.in their website (Udumalai.com) they always show in stock for every book but when we ask they say no stock at start after that they avoid a calls, i tried to call many times but they are not picking up the call, from different number if i am calling they are picking up for first time the moment when they know about the order they are disconnecting the call or not talking.
