I am Kamal Singh Yadav, resident of B-141, Budh Vihar, Alwar (Raj)-301001.

Budh Vihar B Block small 50 gaj house location are in worst condition since past 6 years. The sewer lines are laied but no connections are done till date...The waste water is flooded in open naalis which are always blocked. Multiple instances are witnessed with wild animals like snake etc openly in these naalis.
The smell is pathetic.
Our house being the corner ons is constantly under the influence of the waste water and even after multiple repairs at our cost, the house is leaning on one side with cracks built in the floor and wall in living room across the house length. The condition is getting worse as no one entertains the complaints.
The UIT safari karmchari was asking for extra money openly to clean.
The things are getting worse each passing day. Our house may fall anytime.
Requesting to address this issue with seriousness and take quick action on the same. First the sewer lines must me connected to all houses, then only the open naalis will get closed, which in turn will make the block clean and less prone to diseases spread by mosquitos making Alwar healthy.

Since 2018, we have met various UIT Secretaries, as well as Acting Chairperson, over the past three years. In total about 23 applications have been submitted, a majority of them by hand to UIT officials. Yet, ZERO action has been taken; and there is absolutely no response by UIT to those applications. There is NO ACTION, NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and meanwhile my family keeps suffering due to noise/sound pollution from next door DJ and illegal restaurant, carbonmonoxide from the generator next door, 15ft tin shed put up by establishment, vehicles parked on main road and outside our house, illegal covering of set-back area. ALL of these were represented to UIT on the day these were set up. UIT has completely ignored all applications (delivered: in-person, by registered main, by email, by post) and silently supported all discrepancies of ongoing business.

I am TEJAS GUPTA resident of (15, Vinod Bhawan, Bapu Bazar colony, In front of Ashoka Talkies, Alwar).
I am writing this to inform you that during rainy season, drains gets clogged & even enters inside house & gets accumulated inside our house. It creates risk of mosquito breeding .Due to this unhygienic condition residents of this colony facing double risk-spread of dengue & omicorn.
We as responsible citizen wearing mask using sanitisers to protect us & our society from new variant. But such havoc scene reflect more input also needed from administration side.
Therefore, it is requested, kindly look into matter & take some appropriate action for improving drainage system.
I shall be highly served.

Why Alwar UIT deposit there 38 crores in Pvt banks, indusind, au small, axis, , y not in Gov banks...

Why UIT deposit his fund in Small finance bank.why not in Gov bank.

As we have purchase villa at Somaya vihar Alwar, but there is no any Quality of work and still we are suffering to them the contractor Mr Lalji buildestate private limited has agreement with in 2019 December and till date he has not completed our villa work and as per agreement has taken our total amount of constructions and there is no quality of work as per agreement they are not using material to our will also same.
we are always suffering from problem and still he has not completed our villa and now he is not responding to us not receiving calls message emails replies so kindly go through the site and visit then after recommend to anyone to purchase villa at Somaya vihar Alwar Rajasthan.

Sir, manna ka road is in the worst condition . It is about 60% damaged. Please provide a fund to repair the road or built a new one to the responsible agency. Please concern on this issue.

हमारे यहां स्टेशन रोड के पास जावली भवन कॉलोनी की गली की बाहर बरसात की वजह से जमीन धंस गई है जिससे वहां 10*6*8 फीट गहरा गड्ढा हो गया है
जिससे गली में आने जाने वाले लोगो को बहुत परेशानी रहती है तथा किसी भी घटना होने का अंदेशा रहता है
रात के समय में रोडलाइट भी खराब होने से यह खतरा और भी बढ़ जाता है
कृपया इसे यथाशीघ्र साहू करवाने की कृपा करें।

Plot#16 in chetan enclave phase2, alwar is constructing house illegally. blocking the road area, ventilation, view and light. Firstly plot#16 did not left any open space as per norms in his plot instead he has constructed his house over the public area. pls take strict action immediately else I will have to take legal action. thanks

Ranjeet Nagar road's condition is very poor and road totally damage conditions So I request you take necessary action. Ranjeet Nagar Alwar roads are very bad in condition, some people were start working but from the last 30 days no-one is working here. And there is noone who can reply it properly by what date it will done. Please look into this.

Our main concern here is the roads and poor sewerage system for almost 1 year, drainage system is so bad that school students were not even able to attend the school before lockdown and now normal public is not able to keep the step out of the house because there is no place to walk due to stagnant water, water is smelly and dirty can cause lot of water borne disease parallel to covid 19.
Now there is one more concern that we did multiple complaints but there were no measurements taken about the current scenario. One more incidence as there was a tractor trolley passing through and met with an accident due to broken road and a 7-8 years old kid would have been victim of the accident, but due to god's grace he just came out of danger.
Kindly look into this matter as this is a school area and people here are facing a lot of problems and risking their lives with so many upcoming diseases.
Kindly sort out the drainage system, sewerage issues and make proper road

Dear sir/ mam,

I am writing this complaint about a vaccant plot whose owner is not maintaining it at all.
This plot has become breeding ground for mosquitos, insects, pigs, and various other venomous insects and animals. This invites snakes and diseases like dengue, viral, chikengunia etc.
The drain and rain water gets collected in the property which catalyses these dangers.
All kind of wild bushes around 20 ft in height has covered the complete ground posing dangers to the neighborhood.
Due to non maintainenence of the plot, it has become a common dumpyard for the domestic waste.
Kindly take my complaint seriously and take necessary action on the owner ans well as take steps to get the land cleaned.

Jo sivrej ka kam krva rhi h uske liye light kya hmare ghar se li jayegi ya contector ko jo tender diya gya h usme likha hua h kya light jha kam kam kro usi ghar se lo the contactor speaks: gov't. Has written that work, get the light from the same house ाा have you written to take light from the house of common people in sir tender? Please tell me

In fornt of h. No. 9, scheme no. 4, rajendra nagar, alwar, we have around 25 feet road in map and according to rules but in actual it is only around 10-12 feet left due to encroachment and misbehave of neighbours of front row which is actually there back portion of homes and the road has been also blocked on the other end. Also they are in against of planting trees with tree guard as they cant encroach more space. Also there is not canal on both side of roads because of it the dirty water of their homes always falls on the road. Kindly help as soon as possible

सर, मै हसन खाँ मेवती नगर मे रहता हूँ । c ब्लॉक् नाले के पास, ज़ो बाई पास से लगता हुआ है कि रोड़ की हालत बहुत खराब है। रोड़ टूटा है, खड्डे हो रहे है, पानी भरा हुआ है, रोड को दोनो तरफ से झाड़ियो ने घेर रखा है।रोड की इतनी बुरी हालत है कि उधर से कार तक नहीं निकाल सकते, बच्चो की स्कूल वैन वाले आने से इन्कार करते हैं । इस रोड पर जो रेलवे फाटक से लगता हुआ ह कभी मलबा डलवाया हुआ ह जिससे बरसात मे इस रोड की की हालत बहुत ख़राब हो चुकी है, , , , , ऐसा लगता ही नहीं क़ि uit कॉलोनी मे रह रहे है। आपसे निवेदन ह कि जल्दी road repair करवाये ।

I am resident of hassan kha mewat nagar b block the las road near nalla. The road is completely damaged the same is not properly repaired after sewage lint and phed work
The nalla is also damaged at many points if heavy rains will come we think that the side road may also collapsed

I am indra dahiya resident of 136 shantikunj alwar. I have constructed my house leaving 15 ft from road as per rules. My neighbour, 135 shantikunj, corner plot, has left 0 ft on my side from the road which has led to blockage of my view and ventilation. My another neighbour, 137 shantikunj is now making her house by leaving 11-12 ft from road which will also block my view and ventilation towards this side. My back side neighbour, plot no. 95, has completely blocked my ventilation and light by raising a 22 ft high boundary wall on his plot.
Please remove the already wrongly constructed portions of these buildings (Plot no. 135 and 95) and please stop the newly being constructed illegal construction on plot no. 137 shantikunj, alwar.

I am a resident of 42 manu marg, alwar.
All the vahinis and autos stand right in front of our house making the place filthy and look pathetic. It has created a lot of problem for us. I am attaching the photos along. Please take some urgent actions and remove all the vahinis and autos from here and make them stand somewhere else. It is right on the main road and makes the city look underdeveloped.

Sir, मैं प्लाट नंबर 396, स्कीम नंबर 10, विवेक विहार में रहती हूँ । हमारे सामने वाले गार्डन की मेंटेनेंस पर कोई ध्यान नही दिया गया इस कारण वह सिर्फ नाममात्र का ही पार्क रह गया है।
आपसे निवेदन है कि कृपया आप कुछ समय निकाल कर न केवल इस पार्क अपितु अलवर शहर के समस्त पार्क्स पर एक दृष्टि डालें। इससे न केवल नागरिको को सुविधा होगी बल्कि हमारे शहर की सुंदरता भी बढ़ेगी ।। छोटे छोटे प्रयास ही हमारे स्वच्छ व् सुन्दर भारत के स्वप्न को साकार करेंगें।

विजय नगर अलवर में प्लाट नंबर 229 से 236 के सामने नाली का निर्माण विगत कई वर्षो से बार बार लिखित में अर्जी देने के बाद भी आज तक नही हुआ है, जबकि विजय नगर UIT की विकसित कोलोनी में आता है| पूरी सड़क पर दिन भर पानी जमा रहता है जिससे भारी मात्रा में मक्खी मच्छर में पैदा हो रहे हैं |जिस कारण डेंगू जैसे खतरनाक रोग फ़ैल सकते हैं
माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी का स्वच्छ भारत का सपना पूरा करने में UIT की सक्रीय भूमिका की कमी है

I have applied for Patta of plot .The complete file was submitted on 19th Sepember, 2013 to UIT office at Alwar.The file no. was 7746 which was given to me during the time of file submission. I am sorry to inform you that till date no action was done. The road patch work being carried out at Shanti Kunj, Alwar residential Colony appears to be a perfact example of face wash exercise and it is an inevitable fact that the material at road shall be washed out as soon as the first shower of ensuing rainy season arrives at.The staff to take stock of application of proper ratio of bituman n concrete as envisaged in the 'g' schedule of the work in question has never been seen around the ongoing work thus allowing the contractor to execute the job on his own terms.Kindly arrange to collect the samples from the site of work and get the same weighed in the authorised laboratory. Kindly take note that the laboratory report shall be asked from the Trust office at the proper time under the Right to Information Act. . In Vivekanand Nagar Sector2 Plot No.124 Where I live there is no drainage system. So without this system flowing water from home comes on road.This problem makes violence with neighbours. Uit has been issued me leasedeed on dated 5/6/2008 but no concessions received. so plz take nacessary action to drainage system.
