Dear sir,
48 hours as u promised time for dispursement is over. Realy bad experience from your organization and the staff. The staff who done documentation is not even bother or care about this after login done. This is a bad experience. Disrespectful experience from staff and organisation.
Bad experience from the staff Sethu North Ernakulam branch....

On 01.03.2019 i opened fd of rs. 1 lakh at your chadaha branch with normal mode of maturity but in certificate it was shown auto renewal. Icomlained the branch manager today to issue fresh certificate with normal mode of maturity payment. He told it is made bydefault by your bank. Kindly issue me fresh fd certificate showing normal mode of maturity otherwise i will close all my fds from your bank.

I applied for a loan in the name of Natasha gupta so I got a call from ujjivan finance that my loan has been sanctioned but I have to deposit rs 10000 in a account and then in after 10 mins bank will call me for verification and in further 10 minutes the loan amount will be transferred in my account.i said fine I did everything they asked me to do.today it's been ten days I have recieved no call no money nothing.they pick up my phone they ask ask my name as soon as I tell them my name they disconnect my phone I try calling from other person phone when I tell them my phone they disconnect my phone.the two ladies whom I am in touch with their names and numbers are as follows 1.anushka mob no [protected]
2.shruti mob no [protected]...I also mentioned them in text message that if they do not refund my money I will sue the company and will go with cops.i need an answer if I do not get my refund back I will go to the court of law and will put it on social media for public awareness and company's bad reputation. That's I am really very upset.

My name is DILIP KUMAR SINGH, i have retail wholesale shop in Uppar Bazar Ranchi.
On 9th of August i meet Mr.Vikash([protected]) who is supposed to a loan manager of your Ratu road branch, he take my all documents for business loan and told me to open a account @11000/-in your branch, i have given instantly a cheque @11000/- to him and fill all the documents.At 13/08/2018 money debited from my account.Still today my account has not processed or i have not got a single sms from the bank.Mr.Vikash visited my home and shop soo many times, i don't know why, but whenever he meets me i have to entertain him according to him.Now, when i fade up of from all these i asked him why still there is no progress in my loan and account he return my all loan documents and treat me badly.sir, i don't think that i have to entertain your employe with liquor or i supposed to give commission to him.This type of thing i never see with any bank.This is really hopeless thing for me and not good for your bank reputation as well.
Kindly look deeply in this matter as when i say to Mr.Vikas that i complain to your branch manager he told me that go and complain to anybody, he have no fear or he least bother about anybody in his branch.

Hame phir se paise ki bahot jarurat hai aour hamne loan ke liye apply kiye hue one month ho gaye. Lekin waha se koi jawab nahi mil raha. Hamne unke kahe anusar sare document bhi jama karwa diya aur unhone verification bhi kar liya hai. Par phir bhi abhi tak hamara loan nahi pass hua. Puchne par kahte hai aaj ho jayega kal ho jayega lekin abhi tak nahi hua. Sir, please! Aap kuch karo

Sir ab hame phir paise ki jaurat hai aur hame loan ke liye apply kiye hue one month ho gaya but ye koi response nahi de rahe. Puchne par kahte hai aaj ho jayega kal ho jaiga but abhi taktak hamara loan pass nahi hua. Hamne unke kahe anusar sare documents jama kara diya hai. Please! Sir aap kuch kijiye

Maine loan ke liye apply kiya tha jisko do mahine ho gaye aapke branch ke member aiye unhone sara kuch verify kar liya tha . Mera civil bhi clear ho gaya tha sab thik report nikli par fir bhi aapke branch member Raghuvir ne loan dene se mana kar diya mai ujjivan se 3years se jayada time ho ya jude hue maine pahle bhi yahain se loan liya hai aur samay se pahle khat kiya h. Phar fir bhi yahan koi loan nahi de raha.

We are 12years customer in your concern we are taken 12loan in ooty branch in 12 years I will submitted all the loans monthly properly the money problem came that way the January month loan payment not paid in ujjivan office members giving many more problem in our place so kindly grand the application and take a action to the ooty branch.. thanking you..
