With all due respect i undersign Mohit Rewani has a complaint for your generous consideration.Thereby i put forth my complaint for Noise pollution in my ward.

There are many stray dogs residing in our ward and they keep Barking all the time and even sometimes in the midnight 3am due to which we are not able to sleep and facing health conditions like severe Headache, stress etc. so its a kind request to clear this problem by sending Concerned authorities to our ward and take care of those stray dogs asap.below i have mentioned the address and my contact no for any further help.

Many she bites also old age persons it is more risk and bark too much.the problem is since 2 years but still corporater's staff said yes we do it we do it bt still nothing could happen
It seems that she is mentally ill and needs help.

Shop open at front of public ladies washroom, and it's without license, shop keeper also increase the size of shop all House have same limit but shop are well out side the line please visit and check.

Please start online facility for Property tax payment in UMC website.
Currently, it has a link for online payment but it does not work.
Almost all municipal corporations across Mumbai are offering online tax payment facility.

Digital payment mode are the need of hour.Also, cash payments increases the fraud chances.

Hello sir / mam.
please check and reslove this issue which is flows of dirty water like toilet, bathroom, companies dirty water, are started flowing in front of my shop.
Through that lots of dirty smell, and disease like malaria, typhoid, and corona type of disease should be spreading.
so please check and reslove the issue.

There is a hospital, Prabhat hospital, Netaji chowk, Unr -5, is flouting covid protocols by its staff not wearing face masks during its working time.

I am complaining from HIRA C H S Ltd Opp Old Tel Exchange
Society has Borewell outside the premises on Sindri Sagar side of our building, along the link road footpath.
We have observed that the Gutter near the borewell is choked and its Dirty water is flowing into the Borewell. There the water that we receive in society is very stinky and dirty. We have stopped the pumping.
We request you to please depute your team to clean the chokeup of the gutter so that the water does not enter into our borewell.

I live nearby jhulelal mandir area, near SES girls high school, Ulhasnagar 2
There are too many dogs in the area.
They bark on the people passing at night
chase the bikes

If you go inside the streets, they will chase till the vegetable market.
Please take away all dogs from this area, they are becoming a menace now

There is a peepal tree between 2buildings which has grown very tall .. it's main root is from red rose apartment, near chopda court..
It can make cracks in building if you won't take any action soon.. please send someone to cut that tree

Very very bad roads in ulhasnagar from so many years and still there is no one is repairing roads or even checking that how bad these roads in ulhasnagar, especially in Khemani.
People are facing daily these problems of going by the bad roads and always there is bad water running or left over there.
Please help us and make ulhasnagar free from potholes....

There is blockage of drainage from past 25 days due to redevelopment of Suraj apt.people r facing illness n also choke up problems at home.Reminded to cleaniness workers and also to builder but nothing is done.so request for cleaning the drainage system

I am Prashant Ubale, secretary of Human Rights, Ulhasnagar received complaints against not making long pending damage road of Lumbinivan housing society, which is behind nalanda school, Dus chawl, Ulhasnagar 4. There are four corporater in our ward 18D, but no one is bother to make this road which is in very bad condition.

Please look into this matter and make the road ASAP.

This is to inform you that our area (OT Section Opposite Punjab National Bank, Ulhasnagar - 421004) is facing Water Shortage issue form Past Many days. There is no Daily supply of water Post Lockdown as it used to be Pre Lockdown. We don't even have Sufficient water for Drinking also. Now, Its been 3 Days we are not getting sufficient water

We are getting water supply for very limited period of time and in that time we are supposed to complete all our chores including Re-filling our water tanks, even we are using motor to get quick refill of water, but because of very limited time we are not able to get sufficient water to fulfill our needs

We Request to solve the Issue and Provide us Adequate supply of water daily, if the Said grievance is not resolved within 7 days, We will lodge a complaint with Consumer court without any delay

We are paying Taxes and its our right to have access to sufficient water

Kindly take Quick action against Irregular Supply of water

Ravindra rajendra jadhav forcefully built a toilet in my own premises. That time, we objected him but he started scolding and bullying us. So because of fear only, we didn't file any complaint against him in police station and not in municipal corporation. But nowdays, he is giving lots of trouble to us that's why i am requesting you that give him a notice to break down his toilet from my own place. Or otherwise you take a strict action against him.

Sir, in 2005. I planted a coconut tree in my own yard. It has been bearing fruit since 2010. After my marriage, from 2010 to 2020, coconut of this tree for 10 years ate by ravindra rajendra jadhav (Neighbour). When i came here to live again, this psychi man started to snatching coconuts from my hand forcefully. When i objected, he is saying that if you arenot giving me coconut, i will cut your tree. I said you don't have a right to cut my own tree from my own yard. He is making a false reason that coconut and branch of tree is falling on his daughters head. This is becoz to take the permission from umc to cut the tree. You tell me sir, within 10 years while eating coconut by himself, that time coconut was not falling on his head and when i am started to eat, automatically it is falling on his head. What a coincidence. So i want to say it is totally wrong behavior. He don't have any right to cut my own tree from my own yard. He is making false reason to take permission from umc. So i request you that do not give him a permission to cut the tree. Under the law of cutting tree, it is an injustice towards my tree and me.

Ravindra rajendra jadhav has left the open gutter of his own personal toilet on the side of our houses. We all are suffered from this. Our little ones got sick. Therefore, we all are request you to take immediate action against this. A written complaint was filed in november 2019. It's been 10 months now. But that man hasn't closed this gutter yet with proper pipes during this pandemic.

We are facing problem of drainage. Water gets clogged in bathroom and washroom also the water from chamber comes back to house from floor and walls.
Sometime before there was work going on of building construction, the municipality officials demolished some part of the same, the residue damaged our house property as well that is stuck across the chambers
We have complained several times to local ward members.
We have also done repairing from our side but the repairing needs to be done for the full lane.
We are facing health issues because of this.
Request you to help as soon as possible.

Its is very bad to inform you that non of any municipal or government officers visited to sanitized our ward all leader visited only in elections time for voting.
It's my personal request to sanitized our ward no.40 Rahul Nagar sambhaji chowk on high priority.

1st lane off netaji road i. E brahamkumari road is not cleaned. It is full of garbage. Cleaning staff just put responsibility on others.
There are gunny bags lying near mukti dham.
Too much garbage opp gokul dham.

Even drainage (Naali) is not cleaned near mukti dham apartment opp anand palace.
Drainage is broken and generally full.

Residents are scared of corona virus and other diseases.
Please resolve

I had tried several times to pay house tax on 05.02.2020 wed, but didn't succeed. Since then i am trying it daily, but no results.

I even sent mail for the help to "[protected]@gmail.com" on 05.02.2020 wed and reminder on 13.02.2020 thu.

Till date i didn't receive any response from your side.

Sir near our residence there was a kachra kundi.. Suddenly illegal construction work over there has been started,.. 2 rooms has been build up.. No body is taking the action.. How one can occupy the government plot..
As a civilian it's our responsibility to inform you and request u to plz take necessary action as i already called so many times but no body is ready to take action.. I may go for higher authority about this..

Even on road every time 1 dog try to bite us and follow us today i fell from my vehicle because ue was following me always not even me he follows every two wheeler please send a dog van in our area or dogs can bite or harm people
We didn't do anything to them but they run behind everyone
And after i fell down i started my vehicle and going then also he was following me and i ran away from there

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that shiv darshan apartment constructed on block no. C-884 room no.1768 bhatia hospital chowk, ulhasnagar - 421005 has violated all fsi rules. Builder has constructed illegal shops. Drainage pipes has been constructed out of duct area and that duct area has been allotted to one off shop.

All drainage pipes are passing from our area (Photographs attached for you reference). Earlier...

Suffering from disconnection of electricity & water! There is no water for more then 2-3days?? Don’t you have that much of water that you can supply atleast for an hour regularly??? How can umc be such worse? What is the reason for no electricity on every friday? Its not possible to live without electricity whole day!
How can a family more then 8 members survive with water supply of 20mins a day??? I hope you’ll look after or there will be no solution left except legal actions!
