the bad cooperation in central hospital and bad behavior

Actually we went central hospital in ulhasnagar for disability certificate verification and check-up for re new the certificate again... But there's only 1 doctor available there' for check up the patient and the attitude of is like that whenever he or she checked more 2 patient and they go for troll n roam... Without even think of handicapped patient waiting desperately for check-up and literally saying more than 25 patient are came here from dawn 4 clock in morning for there' turn... But they do so much time waste n there chit chat that the patient get there in noon...
The problem is that the hospital don't care about handicapped patient... And the mostly patient came from out of station like thane, kalyan n all that... But the management of hospital don't care anything for them... The line is so large that can take so much of time..
The main problem is that's... Doctor is so care less that they think of there rest only and check 2 patient after 1 hour... Plz.. Solve this problem for handicapped people who are so helpless and illiterate...

Why should us pay 500 fine. Not our toilet pipe broken it's under ground chember. Plz do something abt dis complaint as soon as possible. We r suffering from last 1yr. The chember cap also broken from 1yr but no one can changing. That saying tender pass hone me time lagta h. Wats the problem i want solution abt chember plz it's badly smelling. We can't seat at home

I'm from bk:1648, onplot, sec-28.in this area the all the chember r broken and that's why the chember water falling out. I already complaint but there is no action abt dis chember. The co-operator telling us to prepare ur own safety tank. But the problem is the under ground chember is broken den how can we made st. I already gave application. Dis time i'm sending jet truck next time u have to pay500.

repair of broken and leaking room no 7, bk 245-b

Poor Widow of 85 years only one Room No7, BK 245-B, above Jhulela mandar
Ulhasnagar No 1, ceiling is absolutely Broken and in a dangerous condition
and may fall any time. It is disaster since she has no income and her one son
earns only about 100 Rupees per day to meet their daily life . A very miserable
situation as she cannot afford repairs.. she has sleepless nights .
Please consider this serious situation and arrange for her Rooms ceiling .
This is to warn you seriously and if any thing bad happens you will be held
responsible .

I have complain for super laundry shop in ulhasnagar 4 not returning my dress i have receipt with me. He is telling i had given you but i have not taken it yet. My dress is very good and costly. about local dogs troubling people and biting them

Dear sir,
I rahul jedhe stay at b. K. No 1291 room no 10 jai mata di niwas suffering from local dogs problem where they are biting peoples on road and making them injured.
Recently it bit to my wife on 25th dec 2018,
Apart from this till now many people's are been injured by these dogs
Even as per central hospital data daily they are getting approx 80 to 90 paitents for dogs injury injunctions.
Request you to collect local dogs and take them into muncipal custody so that we can live safely.

clean the garbage near my house

Kewalya, i live in sai hari kripa palace, near rajaveer bhavan, paanch dhukan, baba sai nagar the seweepers of your department never hear our problems they just do the opposite things today also they took out the garbage frm gutter and put it near our building we are not able to breath pls clean it today some puppies of dog die sometimes.. Plss help us im sending a video too pls clean it today

no surname in my birth certificate
Hi sir/madam, my name is dolly dias, i was born on 10 feb 1991 in ulhasnagar. My birth certificate does not have surname on it. My dads name is also incorrect. His name is daniel. R. Dias. And i presently stay in goa. Recently i issued a copy of my birth certificate which had wrong details on it. So in 2015 i had come to ulhasnagar, mumbai, to correct my birth certificate as i was asked in one office my recent birth certificate. Before my dad too had come in 1995 in ulhasnagar for correction. He had corrected his name on gazette and given the copy in muncipal office as requested by the office. And muncipal office had give him certificate saying it is corrected. But recent birth certificate in not showing correct details. So i asked them to change but in municipal office they said they can’t do anything. And why i have come after so many years. I told the my dad had come, they said bring your dad to verify. My dad was dead years before. Before i didn’t have problem with my birth certificate as i was attaching my same certificate for all purposes. I had struggled lot in the municipal office for corrections but they didn’t helped. Please help he to get my certificate corrected. Please let me know whatcan be done. I can also show my official gazette copy and old and recent birth certificate if you wish.

illegal construction in our building

In our building named Moti Society, constructed near Sadhubella School, One flat owner has illegally fixed Safety door in his home. We have complained for the same in Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation but no action has yet taken by Municipality. They just replied to adjust with your neighbour. The commissioner issued notice just for name sake but no proper and legal action yet taken. Please take some legal action and help the citizen o[censored]lhasnagar. i have made online complaint for the same but no response.

I am a resident o[censored]lhasnagar Gopal Chal Bk, 384, 385 and there is a UMC public toilet in our side, Now on the public restroom, Mr. Savwar Mawa is going to make toilet for him on his own, On the other hand, the public toilet is a bamboo drain, it has also turned the nallah which is going to bring the people of nearby villages to fetch water.
Mr. Savaram Mawa Wala is working by paying money to the staff working in the UMC and giving a drinking party last night

against tax collection officer

This complaint is against one of the tax collection officer mr. Chaturvedi, we have paid the tax of 15000rs against 45000 and for rest amount we have been ask for extension. Which was approved by the senior municipal officer.
Now mr. Chaturvedi came at my residence and started threatening my parents stating they will seal the home. Because you have not paid the tax.
My mother is suffering from paralysis & dad is suffering from hypertension.
Still chaturvedi was not showing sympathy & started threatening again
My request you to kindly try to understand the situation, as i am the only earning member in my family and my mom dad are dependent on me.
Please don't threaten us like this.. Kindly help me with resolution.
Now mr. Chaturvedi came at my residence and started threatening my parents stating they will seal the home. Because you have not paid the tax.

There is a building (Pari niwas) next to our building from where continuously toilets are coming out from there outlet from past one year and no one is taking care of it. We can't even sit / stand in our compound.

I've seen that the barrack at 268 r no-13 nr ssdn darbar back to jhulelalmandir ulhasnagar-421001 Vinod Parsram Talerja, the owner of this barrack is doing the illegal work of constructing his house, he not even took a permission from some member but when we have constructed our house everyone just destroyed it ilegally.i want action against that construction work.he is doing work in indirect way from inside his house.that is totally illegal.please do visit and see
it provides us immense noise and ol the time pollution is created all the mud is getting spreaded into everyones house in that whole barrack

A lot of space is been occupied by industries, so i would like to request you to please provide a road cutting in that area so that we get enough space to the vehicles to pass and can decrease accidents.

I am the resident of Mumbai. My name is Sarojana Sidhram Boya. My fathers name is Sidhram Boya. And my mothers name is Annantamma Boya.I had applied for birth certificate on the basis of my medical certificate at the time of birth given by Century Rayon Hospital Ulhasnagar. In that they did'nt wrote my name on it. So i got my Birth certificate without my name on it from Ulhasnagar Muncipal Corporation. The certificate number is 73333. I enquired about what shall i do to have my name of BC. UMC told me to go Gazetted Office and get the name changed from Baby Sidhram Boya to Sarojana Sidhram Boya. I did it and got the two copies of it.
The reason why i need my birth certificate urgently is i am married to a german citizen. And i want to register my marraige thats why i require it urgently. German Embassy is not accepting the BC which i have they want BC with my name on it.
UMC not ready to give my BC with my name on it i even shows the Affidevit.Kindly tell me what to do.

Myself Bunty Kumar Sharma and I would like to complaint against Ulhasnagar Muncipal Corporation. I lost my birth certificate duplicate one issued by municipality on 20th April, 2000. But problem is that in the Duplicate birth certificate surname is wrongly putted as "shankar" instead of "sharma". So i went there to do the needful changes there people at counter said that Sir asked you to give Affidavit only than we can do the changes. i have get it done ready from the court in Uhasnagar itself and again went their to do the respective changes in my birth certificate and along with my birth certificate i submitted my Adhar card, PAN card, Ration card, Passport Xerox coppices & Affidavit but now some new officer has come and said they can't accept the Affidavit as it is of no use to submit the affidavit as my born year is 1982 and case beyond 14 years they can't help it. I am following everything from 27th January, 2014 till the date. I have spended Rs.300 for affidavit and leaves from office also for which my salary got deducted.Now the officer asking me to go for changes in Gazit office. Even as per law if we go the duplicate certificate issued to me in year April 2000, still not completed 14 years.Then how they are not doing te needful. why they made me to waste so many days & money? I have all other documents including my passport but still they are saying there would be some mistake in my original birth certificate and blaming that all other institutes like hospital where i born, school where i studied, passport which is so strict to get issue to any person are wrong.That means only local municipality is right other are fake. so please solve my querry. like me there are many people those who are facing the same problem for legal documents.Thanking You

We are facing problem related to water, we are not getting proper supply of water for are building residence. Are building pay huge amount for water. Which not possible for our future. We have some other building related work, if we pay every time for water so not possible to sole are building reset of the problem.
Please help us and remove this problem. We are waiting for your replay or action.

Drainage/sewerage system needs reconstruction in Bk No 944 & 946 of Section No 21, UNR-3
I am resident of Room no 6,Bk No 946, Section-21, Ulhasnagar-421 003. It is submitted that since very long time, Drainage/ sewerage is flowing in open nallahs in backside of Bk No 944 & 946. Muncipal Corporator Shri Lal Punjabi has been apprised of the situation, at number of times. Everytime he is promising that proposal for repair work for the same has already been passed by the Corporation and very soon it will be reconstruced, but till date no action has been taken.We are breathing in very hazardous and unhygenic surroundings. Even we can not keep our windows open , because of very foul smell. Moreover, in Barrack system, kitchens are also located facing backside of house. It is once again requested that undergroud drainage system may please be reconstruted at the earliest so as to avoid spread of likely epidemic.Competent / appropriate Officers o[censored]MC are welcome to take the note of condition in which we are living and look into the matter very seriously.

Open drainage at BK No 944 & 946 at Section 21, ulhasnagar - 421003
I am resident of room no 12, barrack no 944, section-21, Ulhasnagar-3. With great regret it is submitted that no proper routine cleaning is being done in our area. Safaiwalas are not doing their job properly.Further it is submitted that drainage disposal system between barrack no 944 and 946 is not working properly, which needs reconstruction / relayout o[censored]nderground drainage system. Even between barack no 946 the sewerage is flowing in open nallahs, which is very unhygenic. At no of occassions, local muncipal corporators are also apprised of this situation. They have been shown the situation, in which we are breathing day to day. As such it is eanestly requested to look into the matter seriously. We all, the residents of barack no 944 and 946 will be thankful, for letting us to live in hygenic atmosphere.

DOGS -Ulhasnagar Municipal corporation is sleeping
I live in Ulhasnagar - Madhusudan Ashram Lane where there are around 10 dogs in this narrow lane
which is making our life miserable. They bite people, chase them during nights and early morning
I am working in shifts so always they bark at me in the nights and during early shifts
Pls do something as UMC - Ulhasnagar Muncipal corporation is sleeping

I live in Ulhasnagar-5 near kuldevi mandir gandhi road. There are around 15 dogs and they keep barking whole night as we people in this area are not able to get sleep at night.
Please help use with this and solve this problem as soon as possible

I live in Ulhasnagar 4. Lalchakki road, Near Holy family high school. There are gangs of 7-8 Stray Dogs who are basically keep on making problems to comman people.
Pls help us to get rid out from this Stray dogs from the area.

Yes sir this dogs are now a days are Getting very dangerous, they bite anyone even to kids also and run back of any vehicle going on road to bite please do some need

This is in reference to VIKAS TOWER C.H.S. LTD. Powai Chowk, Ulhasnagar -3. (Nr. Reliance Petrol Pump) request your goodself to depute your reprentative for cutting of branches of trees which are falling down on the roof of slum area which may cause damage to their life of property.
Hope u do the needul at the earliest.
