I (Subir) paid 1000/- (Two times) on 4th july evening to buy the chips but still the chips are not credited to my account but the money got deducted.
Sent an email as well from the i'd [protected]@gmail.com but still no revert

Mam as you replied that there was a suspicious game playing, i would like to submit that i have not been playing since more than a week as i was busy in making drafring of my cases.

May be someone missused but i got your precautionary note, i will keep innmind to log out in future but this is quiet unfair term that on this basis u blocked my id. Moreover i promise you to keep my account secure and safe in future vide using logout. So i would request you to give me one opportunity of being heard and resume my account and enable me to admire you and your company at any footage.

Moreover, i am law abiding citizen and viceversa indeed to you also. Keeping all the facts in the light of equity justice and good consciences, resume my account so that we both dont face any contigent circumstances any further which diminishes your company status.

Most useless app. Its a cheating app.

Players openly abuse, write vulgar language and messages unmindfull that of female players who also play. I wonder how such an app where such massive abusing and vulgar language is used, is allowed to run.

The app freezes frequently. See card feature disappears frequently, bet amount placed by other player is shown as garbled, so you really dont know if the other player has bet 40 crores as was being played or 640 crores. You come to know when you have placed your bet thinking you are placing a bet/ chaal of 40 crores.

The app packs you for no reason or rhyme even if you have a run and you have 1500 crores worth of chips.
In total a huge failure and cheating app.

It hangs and even if you turn off wi fi it won't go and when you switch on wifi the chips keep on getting deducted in the new game.

In 26 days i played this game i reached from 3 lakhs to 1715 crores but eventually gave up on this app ansd quit as i was getting stupid replies to my emails i wrote to them.

Was playing the game and made the purchase of chips online twice by my upi account through the games app. The payment got deducted both the times but did not receive any chips. Ultimate teen patti is online game where different players can play teen patti against each other. But they do fraud. They themselves become player & 2-3 of them sits on a table & looted others. When i complaint on their support team, they are not responding.
Also one time i had purchased online chips for which i had to save my card details. After which i was getting message for payment failure since card was not having balance. But i never requested for purchase again. Hence i had to remove my card details from game due to security reason.

In case you need any further details please let me know & do actions against them.

I have purchased scratch card o[censored]ltimate teen patti but, chips was not credited, i dont know how to redeem, please help me out, i dont know the customer care numbers o[censored]ltimate teen patti game developer, i just got order confirmation, number any one can know the process to get my chips or my money refund, also guide me if such payments are secured

My account got suspeneded 2 days back and the reason they have given is that i have violated the their policies. I have emailed them twice asking about the reason of suspension. Also they have asked me to submit my personal proof which i am not comfortable sharing that too for a gaming site. I have spend 3000inr 2 days back for purchasing the chips. I would also require a refund for the same as i was not able to use due to suspension.

Ultimate teen patti blocked my id without any issues due to the some jealous people these people did fake complaint and ultimate teen patti taking fast response on fake complaint without any investigation .I beg to say that open my id fast and take appropriate action on ultimate teen patti because I am tired I had complaint many times to this company but they replied with same answer or give me a solution how we can found my chips

I am manish nijhawan playing ultimate teen patti for around 4-6 months. Day before yesterday i was playing teen patti and i was logged out from my account, when i restarted the app i wasn’t able to connect to facebook due to which i wasn’t able to receive my money which was 2800 cr.
