I have booked two sites 3X2000=6000 sft by paying 300,000 by cheque. The company has not acquired the land even after 2 years of booking. The director of the company Mrs and Mr Nayak, a fraud, cheat has not returned me the booked money nor register the plot of the land.
This company should not be believed as they may cheat any one.

cheating and cheque bouncing

I had booked plots in their Prava paradise plotting scheme.
The land was supposed to be delivered by Dec 2010.
I waited till Aug 2011 and nothing happened, hence cancelled the agreement.
They told me (in aug 2011) that a 40 days post dated cheque will be issued. Till today I have not got my money.
Their cheque has bounced 3 times.
In the meantime i have mailed them at least 100 times and called them many...
