Total liar and fraud. We booked a ticket with him and were told that if there are any cancellations then a refund will be given in 5 days. Its been months and we are still chasing. Doesn't answer calls and gives new excuses everyday - server down, will pay when get next customer payment, etc etc. totally unprofessional and a cheat. I have approx rs.90, 000 pending from him. He already has done these frauds and has been getting away with it...

This umesh shah from dessert holidays / gujarat, is one of the fraud guy in travel industry. He was cheated 64, 867 rs for booking of 4 flight tickets. Now he is not responding phone or whatsapp. And not paying the amount.
