customer name in CIBIL defaulter list in spite of having settled all dues.

Sir, I don,t know which financial institution or bank has reported my name in defaulter list,but I have settled all my dues and have the settlement letters with me.I applied for education loan for my son from State Bank Of India but the bank denied me loan because of my name in the defaulter list.Please help me immediately to get my name out of the defaulter list.
