I made my UNI CARD bill payment in month oct 2022 twice due to application error. When i complained about it they told the amount will be credited to bank account. Till date amount is not credited and not even adjust towards outstanding credit card bill....

I made the payment of my credit card on 5th July, 2022 as was due. The funds got debited from my account but in the app the transaction status was showing as "Payment failed". I thought that the issue was with the payment gateway and i'll get the refund from my bank. So I initiated a second payment and the same error occurred.
