Very Poor customer support
I am unhappy with the customer support and also the volunteers working as a part o[censored]NICEF. Volunteers target the parents who come along with the kids to the mall to reach their target very bad attitude. In this pandemic most people are jobless.

I spoke to the customer service representative and asked them to unsubscribe from the membership with UNICEF the same day I registered and asked them to refund my money but they are behaving very rudely with no prompt response..

My account is debited even this month though I asked them to unsubscribe me from membership

I wanted to choose for a onetime donation.but they confused me and made me do monthly donation.now i am unable to deactivate.please help me out im deactivating

As of now, I am unemployed since 2019. I did ECS for Unicef to promise for their children in 2018. But after that, I was lost my job and also inform them by mail that when I will again able to strong in my financial capacity I shall do and stop that ECS system. But after knowing them they again do the same mistakes. For their such kind of behaviour why I pay an extra charge to Bank?

I want to stop the donation from past 6 months but neither bank is helping nor UNICEF.I have really had a pathetic experience with unicef.They are auto deducting the amount 750 every month and when I want to get it stop they have stopped responding. I want to stop the payment at any cost....

There is a TV advertisement by Unicef, which displays closeup shots of a woman's face during her delivery time. It is not tolerable to see a women suffering. This advertising is being repeatedly telecast several times in a day. The also show a new born child's sufferings. This advertisement is very horrible and should not be telecast in TV. Please try to show ad without showing the woman's suffering instead. Thanks

It was nice connecting with UNICEF.
But now I want to stop the monthly donation.
I do not find any option to stop this subscription on their website.
Unable to file compliant from CONTACT US...tried 6-7 times it shows invalid security code.
While registering they said, that you can easily stop your subscription anytime. Hoping them to contact soon and stop subscription....

I work for IBM in Chennai. Today i met a volunteer near our office in DLF who pitched to me about making a donation. I said I will do a one time Donation once I am back at my desk. He insisted me to do it right there and share a Thank you message with him. I was not ok with this initially as I feel we should be given freedom to Donate after we do our research. Then when i opened the link using my phone, i was getting 2options (Monthly or onetime any amount). The Volunteer then insisted Rs650 as the minimum amount. I was not ok with that as well. Later when i selected the payment option, i noticed that i was agreeing for standing instruction. I did not have an option to uncheck it. When i asked the Volunteer why is it so when i chose a one time donation, few other volunteers came to me and said that I have to opt for monthly payment and later withdraw by sending a mail. I got uncomfortable here. I asked if the only option is monthly why was i given the option of one time Donation? The other Volunteer started being rude. He told me that no one else has told them this and I was not trying to understand. I said I spent 10 minutes cause I was genuinely interested in Donating. But this experience has made me re think. To this he said he is not bothered and I can report to anyone about his behavior. I understand that you may not be able to implement all feedback you get, but least expected is a patient hearing and pass it to the management if valid. Please train your staff on how they should deal with people who are willing to Donate.[protected] is the number of the Volunteer who spoke to me initially. I doubt if this feedback will be taken seriously looking at the way the person told me complaint where ever i want.

Unicef came to my company and i decided to donate for a noble cause, my bank account details were taken and since then every month an amount gets auto deducted. I want to stop the payment. When i called my bank they informed me that it has to be done from unicef. I called them however i never reached an individual.
Making a donation is a personal choice and not a forced one however unicef is full of frauds. Should not have believed...

Tata tendered for rtuf for a csr project in jharkhand. Unicef jharkhand intervened through jharkhand government to place order on particular company and pressurised tata. The company who quoted l1 has supplied to rajasthan government where unicef was a part of the monitoring team alongwith gain.

Is it ethical to have nexus with the suppliers. Is it ethical to dilute the local government law.

December2008; i bought a Motorola RazrV6 #3, from a Hot spot shop at Fun Mall, Gomti Nagar Lucknow. The set was with 1yr warranty. In April my phone met with a problem and asked the franchise to get it done, initially they asked me to go to the service centre and get it done on my own, though i did it but the centre was not operational.
I again went back to franchise and they misbehaved with me saying we are not responsible and do what ever u wana do.

I get my set serviced in Delhi centre and that too took almost 1 month and with in a 3 days time the phone again got the same problem (key pad not functional).
Its hardly 6 months that i brought the mobile and i had faced lot of problem. Most of the time i used to be in the field for monitoring Govt. programs and its very difficult for me to get in touch or to communicate.

I am not having any problem rather a suggestion or request that Pls do not offer your services to any franchise which is not capable of providing after sale service.

Make sure the franchise associated with your company should follow certain code of conduct as they are demeaning you company’s name also.

I am not satisfied with the particular set, if possible by any chance can i get it replaced as I am fed of getting it repaired.

Hello Every body

I have gone through a chain of mails mentioned above and found whatever going on is absolutely fraud and I also got a mail from the same person and asking me for my details for disaptching the offer letter o[censored]nicef. Prior to this I have got an offer letter from Toshiba electonics UK and salary package was 13685 GPB per month along with other more attractive perks . when I have started investigation all about it and asked the concern person about their representative in India then he gave me an indian contact number and very next day I have also got a telephonic call from same number who was asking me for transfer processing fee 1500 GPB for VISA and work permit o[censored]K.

When I have investigated in deep and found that this all is a part of absolute fraud and there are several agencies those are operating from unknown place or uk, collects the data from naukri .com and send emails of offer letter and aks for transfer money for the purpose of getting VISA or work permit.

I shall suggest all of you please ask this person for processing your VISA and work permit and other immegration formalities on company expenses then you will accept the offer. I am sure he shall never agree.

The same I have asked to the person ( I asked him that when you have selected me for this position with out conducting any interview then you should also arrange for my immegration) who called up me for transfer money for processing of VISA for UK . He told me this is a company policy . You have to pay money or forget about offer.

Please take care this all is fraud.
