cheaters: put me on ecs without permission

Unicef is a cheat, they ask for donations terming then (1 time) by their representative loitering near railway stations and corporate offices and later without intimation put us on month ecs.
Came to know after 3 months that this stupid, fraud company is deducting rs.1000 per month against my credit card statement.
Had to hotlist and re-issue credit card with new number to stop unicef's cheating approach.
Never trust unicef is a strong advise.
