I purchase LG music system from Unilet Vijaynagar branch Bangalore, it was bad quality so returned the item to Unilet and refund recieved through Cheque addressed to my HDFC Credit card.

On 27.04.2022 cheque got bounced. HDFC Bank sent me Credit card monthly statement quoting Cheque Bouncing Charges of 450Rs, IGST of Rs.81 and Main Cheque value of 10000Rs.

Lat yesr I bought, 1 ton split AC from Unilet's out;et in Koramangala 5th Block. This outlet is now closed and is shifted to BTM layout.. I was not able to take the delivery of the AC for about six months as I was out of town. When I contacted Unilet, they informed that as per records the AC has been delivered. When I asked them to show the signed delivery challan, they never showed me and maintained that teh AC is delivered.

Repeated phonne calls have gone to deaf years.
